Ingredients: 1 cup almond flour 1 tbsp coconut flour 1/4 tsp all spice 1/2 tsp ginger 1 tsp cinnamon 1/4 tsp salt 1/2 tsp baking soda 2 large eggs 1 tbsp molasses, unsulfered 1/4 cup honey 2 tbsp applesauce, unsweetened 1/2 tsp vanilla extract Handful of pecans, roughly chopped Mini white chocolate chips for topping . . 1. Preheat oven to 350F and grease a muffin tin 2. In a large bowl, mix almond flour, coconut flour, spices, salt, and baking soda 3. In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, molasses, honey, applesauce, and vanilla extract 4. Combine wet and dry ingredients then fold in chopped pecans 5. Scoop batter into 9 muffin cups and top with white chocolate chips and extra chopped pecans. Bake for 18 min. It tastes like Autumn in a bowl! - 1/2 cup Bob's Red Mill GF Oats - 3/4 cup Almond Milk - 1/2 Pear sliced - 1/8 cup Craisins - 7g Pumpkin Seeds - 2 tsp Hemp Seeds - 1/2 tsp Cinnamon - 1 tsp Maple Syrup Combine and heat on stove or in microwave. 426 cals 70g C / 12g F / 12g P For my macro counting clients: my breakfasts are always on the high carb side because I work out shortly after. No words. . 40g oats 1 tsp cocoa powder 180mls coconut milk 1 scoop @usnuk bluelab choco caramel protein powder Topped with a small chocolate and 25g granola . Method: Mix oats, milk and cocoa powder and microwave for 1 min. Stir and add whey powder and bit more milk, and cook for another 30 secs. Stir againand cook for another 30s, if required. . Add piece of chocolate first to melt it then top with fruits or granola. I love toast but perhaps it’s not best to have toast everyday if you’re trying to lose weight. So if I do decide to eat toast I eat it as a pre workout meal to give me plenty of energy. I choose a good multi grain bread that doesn’t use a lot of sugar or wheat flour and I make it interesting!
