Empezando la semana con esta deliciosa opción de snack 😍🥜 . Cup cakes de avena, crema de cacahuate y berries ❤️ . Tiempo de preparación 15-20 min. ⏰ . Ingredientes 📝 🔻 2 tazas de harina de avena 🔻3/4 taza de claras o 6 claras 🔻1 cda de polvo para hornear 🔻 1 pizca de bicarbonato de sodio 🔻 1/2 plátano 🍌 🔻1/4 taza de agua. 🔻 Edulcorante al gusto (yo utilizo Stevia) . Nach dem Training gab es heute Tomatenhirse mit Gemüse 🍅 ich war pappsatt nach der Portion 🙈 genau das richtige um die Energiereserven wieder aufzufüllen 💪🏼 also 60g Hirse nach Packungsanleitung zubereiten. Nebenbei 120g Tomaten und 50g Pilze und eine Zwiebel kleinschneiden. Die Zwiebel in einem TL Olivenöl andünsten, dann das kleingeschnittene Gemüse und 80g Zuckerschoten kurz mit anbraten. Anschließend mit 100ml Gemüsebrühe für 10 Minuten kochen. I love using my copper pan for my eggs 🍳 You can totally skip adding butter or fats because the pan is that nonstick! 1Tbs of butter has between 90-100 calories. If you make eggs a few days a week you can save a few hundred calories just by skipping butter. And if you like the flavor that butter adds try using different seasonings to make up for it! Buongiorno e buon lunedì ☀️Oggi ho voluto iniziare la giornata con una bowl composta da overnight porridge al nesquik con cuore di burro di mandorle, mix di yogurt greco mila e yogurt bianco magro Vipiteno alla pesca e amaretto (bocciato, ero davvero fiduciosa perché questa marca mi piace molto, ma il gusto pesca e amaretto sa di tutto fuorché pesca e amaretto 🙅🏼‍♀️), kiwi, simil Cheerios del Conad che mi fanno tornare bambina perché alle elementari la mia colazione tipo era caffellatte e una montagna di Cheerios 😅 e cremina al cacao. Stamattina mi aspetta il primo allenamento della terza settimana e da oggi per due settimane non avrò da gestire i bambini perché sono andati in vacanza quindi avrò fin troppo tempo libero😱

Healthy grains part Mung chocolate chip pancakes. What can I say about this recipe, it’s perfect in every sense. Mung is undoubtedly an underdog in the protein world. Naturally colored and flavored with mint, these mint chocolate chip pancakes are full with healthy omegas from flaxseed and coconut flour. And did I say they taste amazing!! Recipe: In a blender combine a cup of soaked mung, 1/2 cup of mint(spearmint is better), 1 tbsp of stevia, coconut flour and flaxseed. Add a pinch of salt and 1 tsp of vanilla. Add 1/2 cup of water. Grind into a smooth paste. Add a tsp of each baking soda and baking powder. Add chocolate chips. Make pancakes as usual (cover and cook).
