Smells like fall 🍁.
1 cup almond flour
1 tbsp coconut flour
1/4 tsp all spice
1/2 tsp ginger
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 large eggs
1 tbsp molasses, unsulfered
1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp applesauce, unsweetened
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Handful of pecans, roughly chopped
Mini white chocolate chips for topping
1. Preheat oven to 350F and grease a muffin tin
2. In a large bowl, mix almond flour, coconut flour, spices, salt, and baking soda
3. In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, molasses, honey, applesauce, and vanilla extract
4. Combine wet and dry ingredients then fold in chopped pecans
5. Scoop batter into 9 muffin cups and top with white chocolate chips and extra chopped pecans. Bake for 18 min. Let cool before removing!

I started making my breakfast/preworkout meal when my youngest son came out and saw my food. His eyes got big and he said "I want that too!"
No coffee for him though! He had milk!
My oatmeal made me so happy this morning so I just have to share. It tastes like Autumn in a bowl! - 1/2 cup Bob's Red Mill GF Oats
- 3/4 cup Almond Milk
- 1/2 Pear sliced
- 1/8 cup Craisins
- 7g Pumpkin Seeds
- 2 tsp Hemp Seeds
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Maple Syrup
Combine and heat on stove or in microwave.
70g C / 12g F / 12g P
For my macro counting clients: my breakfasts are always on the high carb side because I work out shortly after. I follow up my workouts with a higher protein meal.
-Mixed Veggies with chicken breast.
-Oats with cocoa. *snacks; mocha, soy protein.
