What I thought was starting as a little side gig to help me earn some extra spending money is literally transforming into something SO much more than that right in front of my eyes 😳😍 I’m starting to understand and truly see how this business is about to make my previous life unrecognizable! I jumped in scared, not believing that I could do it but figured why the heck not. And now, it had surpassed every expectation I had. My heart is on fire to help as many girls my age (18-30) find their passion and live the life they’ve always dreamed of! I’m literally so thankful for all of the girls on this journey with me, they motivate me to my best every single day, and we are not done yet! .

Wednesday 10am Circuit Breaker!! Another great class this morning focused on fundamental movement and core strength. One thing I think I’m always failing to elaborate more on in my workouts is the attention to body awareness. The little details. Often times I hear clients or members mention exercises or equipment that hurt them. A good example is Kettlebells and the all too familiar lower back pain. They often blame the equipment or the movement for their pain but in reality it’s either bad form, Dysfunctional movement due to sedentary lifestyle or lack of body awareness. What position is your hip in during the movement? Are you able to activate your core, Glutes, Diaphram? You can have the form absolutely PERFECT and still hurt yourself. It’s the attention to the little things that make my workouts what they are. I won’t rant on about this too much at the moment ( I’ll make a separate post later ) but the point is attending my class is very different from watching it over social media. If you haven’t tried this class like these other beasts have, I highly recommend it. I love being able to help others get to the bottom of what’s holding them back from progress. Let’s figure it out and fix it so you can become more! Faster, stronger and more athletic overall. To those who attended today, GREAT job! I definitely pushed you guys. First of - I’m practicing 8 hours every day... YES... EVERY DAY! and I’m doing it basically for two reasons.
I wanna be the best... 2nd place is not an option in my book. I wanna be on the A list like my heroes. I wanna be that guy you call for a session, a tour, or just a single gig. I love being in constant progress and as I grow I get closer to the goal which is being on the A list.
I have a responsibility!
As I get better - every single band, every single artist, every SINGLE person I work with right now and in the future will get better because we affecting and inspire each other to play and sing the very best we can and it will lead to the best product. I as well as you have a responsibility to everyone you work with. If I or you get better the music gets better.
So do yourself and everyone else you are working with musicwise a BIG favor... PRACTICE... You will get better and everyone else around you will get better... It’s a win-win.
