REST DAY...nah 😂 Found myself with a free day today, so rather than follow a routine like normal, I let myself have a play around with a muscle group that felt flat... shoulders! Finished them off with some plate front raises 💪 (I know the importance of rest days, but I also have poor impulse control and an inability to sit still)

So for a while now i have been debating going quorn for a few weeks or however long it may take me to see changes.. but what i want to know from anyone who follows me who may have gone quorn before is.. what are the benefits and what implications may it have on my weight loss/training goals. I will most likely eat fish alongside the quorn as my main protein sources.

It’s getting closer for every day, my goals last months have been to prepare at different times of each 24 hours circle to get used to run, climb, walk when I don’t want to but must, otherwise it’s not possible for me to accomplish Volstate in July In may and June I will go on with the roadwork, my own cross training and strength workout and introduce the heat training in to my weekly preparation. I am very pleased over my progression so far and I have accomplished the goal for this month. To put this adventure together by knowing; all I have done over this month in mileage I have to complete in just a week in july😎 then I have not included all danger on the way, wild dogs some are hungry, some see you as a meal😊don’t fall to sleep beside the road, there are snakes a bit more dangerous than here😱well it’s not a walk in the park and it’s not what I do this for. Today I will take a day OFF and start up my training after the weekend again. It’s amazing how fresh my legs are after this 4 weeks it’s amazing what you can do if you really work for it. I have even lost a lot of weight and for this years road race I will cover up lighter, stronger, wiser and more hungry. Decided to learn Pro Tools. So I took Audio Production 2 at CU Denver Bought an iLok and locked myself out of everything that was already iLok'ed to my PC... After sorting that out the past 3 months I have been trying to figure out how to do in Pro Tools what I can already do in Ableton... I am finally starting to get the hang of it now... Kinda
