Made for Cardio? I thought I was. I love Weight Training equally. I wish I had started weight training much earlier. It takes your fitness to a greater level. I discovered a 'New Me' when I started lifting and progressing. If I was only running, I wouldn't have had anything else to do during injuries but just wait impatiently to recover.
