🌱High protein brownie cake🍫🤤
Oops I did it again! 🙈 I didn’t think It’s possible to enjoy double chocolate desserts on plant based fit living - but this is just happening! Last night, I’ve created this cold and soft recipe, packed with 8g plant protein per serving, vegan, GF and soy free! Right frok the oven it didn’t promise any success, but playing patient did work! 😋
2️⃣230ml pure pumpkin purée
3️⃣plant based chocolate protein powder ( I use @pure_charge_nutrition
4️⃣40g almond meal ( I use @anthonysgoods
5️⃣ 3tsp unsweetened cacao powder (I use @traderjoes
6️⃣3 granulated sweetener of choice ( I use @sweetleafstevia
7️⃣25g cacao nibs (I use @miskiorganics
8️⃣1tsp baking soda
9️⃣you might add a little of almond milk or water (about 1/4 cup)
Method: *️⃣Preheat oven on 460 F (180C) *️⃣Mashed 1 banana and mix with pumpkin purée. *️⃣Mix all dry ingredients in other bowl, except cacao nibs. *️⃣Add banana and pumpkin mix into dry ingredients and add 20g cacao nibs. *️⃣Mix it until smooth, add water/milk if necessary. *️⃣Place into bread sheet with baking paper around. *️⃣Add 5g cacao nibs on the top. *️⃣Bake for 20min. *️⃣Place in the fridge overnight. *️⃣If the texture is too mushy, take a spoon and enjoy your cake without messy hands 😂😅
*️⃣Optional tip: Swirl the cake with peanut or other nut butter.
