I spent the best part of last year #training
rather than for bodybuilding. My #nutrition
wasn’t always ‘on point’ but you know what...that’s ok because for all of that time I was enjoying this thing called LIFE and would have hated to have been tied to my Tupperware, and any case I’ve made significant improvements to my #physique

really is! Let’s face it, for the vast majority of us involved in this sport it is a hobby, something we enjoy and fit in around the rest of our #responsibilities
like full time #work
. I think it’s great if someone is a PT or nutritionist and are able to devote the majority of their time to it but that does not make you any better or mean you’re working harder than than the next person who cannot dedicate as much time to training or bodybuilding. Arguably those with full time jobs outside of bodybuilding or with kids are probably overall the ones working harder. .
Whatever your opinion, just concentrate on you, and work towards being the best version of you that you can and be #proud
of what you achieve. I know I am. .
