So, I researched and threw in the last workout with the V-Bar Pulldown. The key (for me) is to really squeeze and feel the mind to muscle connection with my lats. The first 2 reps of each set I pause and hold the movement at the bottom to really enforce the connection. You might also notice the extra hamstring work. NEUTRAL GRIP LAT PULLDOWN This exercise is incredibly under-utilized. It’s an incredible finisher for a back workout as it really stretches the lats all the way through, and you’ll really feel it burn at the very top of your lats. I recommend going as heavy as you can for 8-12 reps, while still maintains control over the weight.
