I’ve introduced again a high frequency Push/Pull/Leg Routine. Short burst workouts at least 4 times a week so I don’t fall off due to my work schedule.
I have to say, bulking sure is more fun than shredding 😁 having a blast increasing calories little by little.
Used my apartment gym for once and got a little arm pump 💪💪
Today my dude taught me correct form for muscle ups! Something I’ve always wanted to attempt with an interest in callisthenics but tried it once and was like “Na m8 not for me that” Aiming for one by our next session, thanks again @b_fitter_by_bodyw8

"I want to confess something."
"Confession is good for the soul but bad for the reputation,"I laughed.
"I have been daydreaming alot nowadays,"he said.
"Is that something bad?"I was curious.
He looked at me with wide opened eyes,"You should tell me that,"he exclaimed.
"Its normal to all active minds.Daydreams put us through mental rehearsals and keep us aware of the unfinished business in our lives,"I shared my view.
Suddenly he stood and stretched out his arms,"But life seems stagnant,nothing change.I have been doing the same thing again and again,but nothing change for real."

When the pump lasts hours after your workout 😏💪🏽
Since it was raining this morning, I made sure to get up a little earlier than usual to have time to make it to the gym. I could have easily skipped my workout this morning, but I have a goal...and nothing is getting in the way of that! Not even this mood killing weather ☔️ -
BACK+BICEP HIIT: This was split up into two work sets, with 4 exercises in each. Perform all 4 exercises back to back, then rest 30-60sec. -
Part ONE -
1️⃣ 10 Wide Bent-over Rows
2️⃣ 10 Bicep Curls
3️⃣ 10 Bent-over Rows
4️⃣ 10 Hammer Curls
Repeat this 3x before next group of exercises. -
Part TWO -
5️⃣ 10 Pullovers
6️⃣ 10 Half-way Up Bicep Curls
7️⃣ 10 Reverse Flys
8️⃣ 10 Half-way Down Bicep Curls
