Castlepoint Lighthouse. Wairarapa coastline is so amazing!
Mindfulness, meditation... whatever you want to call it, surfing is it. When you’re scrapping into a wave, be it double overhead or a knee-high line, your mind is clear and focussed. Therapy on the coast.

Take a wee stroll along the track by the Glenorchy Lagoon and you can be sure to find some of the best views in the area. It's especially perfect this time of year when the mountains have a fresh cover of snow on top. 🏔 📸 @fiddlyfee
Standing above the clouds overlooking the home of my soul 🏔✨
Words cannot explain how this felt 🙌🏽
After my injury I never thought I would be back on the mountain but through pure determination and arguably some senseless stupidity I returned to the ski field where it all started when I was a kid 💙
Its been more then 7 years and after day one I knew I had to climb to the top and experience this jaw dropping and surreal moment.
I was genuinely overwhelmed with emotion.
Tears of gratitude and triumph filled my eyes as I approached the summit.
I took in a deep breath and absorbed the energy.
After years of pain I finally felt a sense of freedom 🏂
Massive shout out to @louievtong
for capturing this moment and even bigger shout out to @theremarkables
for giving me this opportunity and providing us with permission to send up the drone 🦋
I’m so unbelievably grateful and humbled by the experience 🙏🏽
P.s how long did it take you to notice me on the edge of the mountain ??? 😅✌🏽
I’m going back to the start.
