❓What am I doing here?
I’m making my scapula do some work! If you’re unfamiliar with 4 of the fundamental ranges of motion of the scapula, they are retraction (shoulder pulled back), protraction (shoulders pushed forwards), elevation (shrugging) and depression (pressing the shoulders down). Doing scapula circles are a great way to hit each one.
I like working through these movements in the push up position to add some resistance. If you’re keen to learn pseudo planche pushups, which is what I did towards the end of the video, or anything related to the planche, you must have solid scapular strength + mobility and these drills are great building blocks for that.

here and today we have four different wrist mobilizations for you! Tight wrists can inhibit your ability to do exercises like pushups, front squats, barbell cleans, and handstands!
Often times the reason for wrist tightness is a lack of daily movement at that joint! Most of us type at a computer all day and our wrists are stuck in the same position. We highly recommend adding this quick wrist mobility routine to your daily regimen, and you should start to feel a real difference!

Nothin’ like a killer sweat sesh to finish off the weekend 💦 I was super productive today; cleaned & organized my room, the bathroom, pantry, basement, and fridge. Oh & I took a lil nap with my lil pup bc Sunday’s are made for naps amiright??? I finally made it to the gym at 6 ish pm which is so not like me lol, but better late than never! Give this killer ab circuit a try & lemme know how it goes!
1️⃣ bird dogs: 10 reps each side
2️⃣ push-ups: 10 reps
3️⃣ plank dips: 20 reps
4️⃣ plank shoulder taps: 20 reps
5️⃣ burpees: 10 reps
🔁 repeat for 5 rounds // little to no rest!
