Scour away, you gorgeous crisp linen, organic cotton and hemp. Scour away. Scour and cleanse. Hidden grease, dust, junk, I stir that cauldron like the wicked witch of the east.
Stir, breath, that’s how it’s done. Boil, rinse, stir, repeat. Slow art, slow work, slow thinking, connecting the dots while stirring.
I didn’t know what to make with the fabrics, until I understood that the knowing starts by doing and doing starts by deciding to give in to the dirty work that must be done.
Three steps in the making.
Layered knowledge. .

Last night while I was looking through old photos of myself, I got to thinking about how I felt at that time in my life. How I used to imagine what I would look like when I grew up. I imagined having the sex appeal of Kate Upton, the adorability of Jennifer Aniston, and obviously the hilarity of Emma Stone.
Clearly, I got the hilarious part down 😉 but I never grew into the body that I thought defined femininity. Slowly, I’m coming to terms with the body that I do have and I hope that you can do the same.
At the end of the day, you’re too cute to be anyone else! 🔥

May not get there today...but I will be eventually 💪💪
So thankful for my Self Love September group that kicked off this week. Their positivity, energy, and dedication is contagious and totally rubbing off on me 💗 that’s the kinda contagious I like to be around 😜
Yesterday’s high intensity work. Using two kettle bells I did 4 movements without rest in between. The heavier one for the squats and unilateral swings, the other for the presses and rows. 5 sets of 5 reps of each movement. Finished on the bike with 4 rounds of 20/10s (oye!), a 4 min recovery, then 4 rounds of 10/20s (that’s better).
