Hey look! The powerlifter actually lifting as advertised! Kept the weight low this #squatday to really focus on correcting that unevenness I saw a few weeks ago. I literally had to focus on feeling my left leg the whole time and as you can see, had to stop and make some adjustments throughout the sets. I 100% have some arch issues in my left foot and could feel it waking up and working when I focused on pushing out my knees and using my left leg AND my right. All the concentration on my legs made my bar path wonky at times but I’m happy to be feeling the adjustments I’ve been making. Also just happy and grateful to do some amazing things with this rig of mine. 💪🏼😎💜 .
