So many women still believe that if you lift weights you’ll get “bulky” or “manly” and that literally breaks my heart! I weight train 2 hours a day 5-6 days per week and don’t feel like I look bulky at all. I feel strong, I feel confident, and I feel like a boss ass bitch dropping under 200+ lbs 😂😂 so ladies if you want to lift weights, do it.
