Slowest mile ever! I strained a quadricep muscle yesterday. Not exactly sure why or how considering what I was doing at the time but now I have to take it easy.
This is not easy for me because I am very determined and have goals. I hate slowly down and not making progress. I only walked today which makes me sad but I know I shouldn’t push myself right now.
Gym used to be my best friend; giving me a high every day. I guess we need to slow this relationship down a bit.

It’s been a while between headstands.
I’m so stiff and sore from the gym yesterday and Monday. Today I practiced pole and stretched instead of doing weights training. Back to the gym tomorrow (and maybe a cheeky sauna).
Any suggestions for what/where I should train? I’m considering Marion or the city. 🌻
