Day 9-Late dinner post. Steamed rice with beef curry. The colder it gets the more my body craves carbs to keep it warm. I haven't had rice in a while and today I felt like it so I did not deprive myself of it. I only had 2 meals today, both heavy and nutritious i didnt feel like snacking at any point. Recipe video is in my stories:
□ rice - 1 cup of rice, 1 teaspoon of @maisonorphee
coconut oil, salt n pepper.
□ beef curry - beef, bell peppers, @becelca
olive oil, salt n pepper, 3 white mushrooms, 1 onion, 4 BLended tomatoes, rosemary, curry powder, coriander.
1. Steam the rice with coconut oil, salt n pepper for 15 minutes
2. Add olive oil to a pan, then onions, garlic n chilli to flavour the oil
3. Add the beef, mushrooms and stir until browned, add peppers then cook for 10 minutes
4. Add tomato puree and let it simmer for 15 minutes.
5. Garnish with corisnder, serve n ENJOY.
