Avocado, Grilled Bacon & Chilli flakes wrapped omelette 😋 this quick breakfast only takes as little as 5 minutes ❗️ - put 2 slices of bacon in the air fryer, max temperature for 5 minutes - whisk 2 fresh farm eggs left at room temperature with cracked sea salt and black pepper, pour into pre heated non stick pan that has 4 sprays of fry light, spread until it’s cooked - cut open an avocado, freeze the remaining half if it won’t be used the same day
- take out the bacon after 5 minutes, place onto omelette once cooked and wrap with the slices of avocado! Comes to 320 calories, 30g protein & 2g carbs -

When you haven’t slept well and this ends up being breakfast. It’s ok, they actually fill me up well, but wanted to have something more substantial this week... retrying again tomorrow!
This ones for my morning hustlers who don’t have time to mess around in the morning. My morning super shake.
A regular protein shake is not enough. It will leave you hungry in the next hour or two which will lead you to overcompensating eating.
I use a 200ml base of milk (almond milk today), add a scoop of milk protein smooth, scoop of whey protein, teaspoon of vital greens, and then 5-6g creatine mono hydrate.
I have some nuts for my good fats and to slow this liquid meals digestion down.
And behind the scenes I had a fruit, today a banana.

Su sabor y olor me recuerdan un poco al del caramelo. Está riquísima y como veis nos aporta un montón de beneficios. .

Currently parked outside kindy, taking 10 to eat it in peace before racing to my desk. Never throw away leftover porridge and this yum breakfast will be super quick and easy for you too.
Leftover porridge 🥣 mixed with natural Greek yoghurt, goji berries, shredded coconut 🥥 and ground cinnamon, layered with blueberries 🍓 , seeds, nuts and a drizzle of raw honey 🍯 in a jar and ready to go. Really yum! 😋 and I am so cherishing these 10 nourishing minutes. Don’t have leftover porridge? Just soak your oats in non dairy milk of choice overnight and same-same 🙌🏼😋 Happy Monday all, K xx

Soo Im not sure if you guys have heard of overnight oats but I heard about them a little while ago and I thought “ewww wtf” but they actually look good, i luv oatmeal.. only with milk tho and this would be an easy breakfast for me in the morning when I dont feel like cooking. Im gonna prep this tonight and try it tomorrow. Im gonna keep mines simple tho
2 cups of oatmeal — 300 cal
2 cups of whole milk — 300 calories
... and some strawberries and peaches — those really dont carry alot a calories maybe about 30?
