Avocado, Grilled Bacon & Chilli flakes wrapped omelette 😋 this quick breakfast only takes as little as 5 minutes ❗️ - put 2 slices of bacon in the air fryer, max temperature for 5 minutes - whisk 2 fresh farm eggs left at room temperature with cracked sea salt and black pepper, pour into pre heated non stick pan that has 4 sprays of fry light, spread until it’s cooked - cut open an avocado, freeze the remaining half if it won’t be used the same day - take out the bacon after 5 minutes, place onto omelette once cooked and wrap with the slices of avocado! This ones for my morning hustlers who don’t have time to mess around in the morning. My morning super shake. A regular protein shake is not enough. It will leave you hungry in the next hour or two which will lead you to overcompensating eating. I use a 200ml base of milk (almond milk today), add a scoop of milk protein smooth, scoop of whey protein, teaspoon of vital greens, and then 5-6g creatine mono hydrate. I have some nuts for my good fats and to slow this liquid meals digestion down. And behind the scenes I had a fruit, today a banana.

Currently parked outside kindy, taking 10 to eat it in peace before racing to my desk. Never throw away leftover porridge and this yum breakfast will be super quick and easy for you too. It’s: Leftover porridge 🥣 mixed with natural Greek yoghurt, goji berries, shredded coconut 🥥 and ground cinnamon, layered with blueberries 🍓 , seeds, nuts and a drizzle of raw honey 🍯 in a jar and ready to go. Really yum! 😋 and I am so cherishing these 10 nourishing minutes. Don’t have leftover porridge? Just soak your oats in non dairy milk of choice overnight and same-same 🙌🏼😋 Happy Monday all, K xx

Soo Im not sure if you guys have heard of overnight oats but I heard about them a little while ago and I thought “ewww wtf” but they actually look good, i luv oatmeal.. only with milk tho and this would be an easy breakfast for me in the morning when I dont feel like cooking. Im gonna prep this tonight and try it tomorrow. Im gonna keep mines simple tho 2 cups of oatmeal — 300 cal 2 cups of whole milk — 300 calories ... and some strawberries and peaches — those really dont carry alot a calories maybe about 30? Anyways hopefully this turns out good because it will definitely help me out with making breakfast sometimes. I worked a late shift last night so hubby @roadreychevy was at the helm and let me sleep in while he made us breakfast this morning. He's the first to say he's no chef (I disagree 😉) and sticks to the basics, but he always pulls through with great meals at breakfast time. It's his favorite meal of the day. Today he made delicious soft tacos using @latortillafactory Handmade Style yellow corn tortillas filled with crumbled chorizo & potatoes with refried beans. I keep a few steamed yellow potatoes in the fridge so they're easy to dice & fry up for quick savory breakfasts. I added a little cotija cheese and @delrealfoods Salsa Verde on top and the tacos tasted even better! The other day I put out an S.O.S. on my closed fb group, asking for help to break my brunch addiction. A fellow consultant posted the link to this @thermofoodieandthechef On The Go breakfast drink, and I’ve just made it again for the second time. Can’t get much easier than a liquid breakfast that tastes lush, is full of healthy fat and protein, and can be made in under 15mins by a machine that lives on my bench, while I tidy up the kitchen. Last time I made it using coconut cream and it was super coconutty. Tonight I made a double batch of it with 500g cream, and 100g coconut cream. This should see me through the whole week, so hopefully I’m way less tempted by the siren call of fancy shmancy brunches. Ingredients 1 1/2 teaspoons bakingpowder 225g oats 350ml milk (any will work) 2 medium eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 tablespoon golden syrup 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1 banana . 🥞🍓🥞🍓🥞🍓🥞🍓🥞 . Been eating this porridge from @mannafoodsofficial every morning for the last 10 days. Growing up, I ate this every morning before school but it was meticulously made by mom every month and stored in a huge airtight container. The only difference between my moms mix and @mannafoodsofficial mix is the addition of elaichi in the latter’s mix. . . I make mine with milk and a little bit of sugar, just the way mom used to make it. On days when I have other items in my bfast menu, I make this as a side instead of coffee or tea and on days I’m too lazy to make other items, I eat this in a big bowl and top it off with fresh fruits and toasted nuts.
