Happy Saturday!! Created my version of “Hulk muffins” this week and we all loved them! Great way to get in extra veggies- gluten/dairy/nut free and sweetened only with bananas and honey. Plus super easy- throw all ingredients in blender and voila! . . 2 ripe bananas 🍌 2 cups organic oats (use gf if needed) 2-4 handfuls of spinach 4 eggs (or I used flax eggs- mix 4 TBSP flax with 10 tbsp water and let sit 10 min) 4 tsp vanilla Cinnamon Dash of salt 1 tsp baking soda 2 TBSP raw honey (I prefer not that sweet but you could do 1/4 cup honey for a sweeter taste). . . For all the lazy ass people out there and also for people who've late to work or school all the time, I have an amazing hack for ya'll! We are making an egg inside the microwave. Sounds crazy but works, also really less messy. Step 1: You pour like really less oil in a small cup. Step 2: Now, add an egg, and salt and pepper as per taste. Step 3: Microwave it for 30 seconds, if you want a runny yolk, and 45 seconds, if you want a hard yolk. Step 4: When done, take it out in a plate,and it's ready to eat! Thế nên sáng nay mình quyết định ăn sáng kiểu low effort =))) ✔1 củ khoai lang 150gram chẻ nhỏ (130kcal), luộc 5p với chút muối rồi cho vào nồi chiên ✔150gram nạc heo (160kcal) mình ướp với muối + tiêu + nước sốt BBQ, bọc trong giấy bạc ròi cũng ném vào nồi chiên luôn 👉Đặt nhiệt độ 150 độ 15p bỏ thịt vào chiên trước, sau đó khi còn khoảng 8p thì mình cho thêm khoai vào và vặn lên 180 Trong lúc tụi nó nấu thì mình đi pha trà/ cf uống=)) Pha xong thì tingggg đồ ăn chín haha. I love overnight oats but living in Canada, winter mornings are sometimes a beast 🥶 . . Making a bowl of warm oats is easy and ready in minutes. On busy mornings I like using quick oats and my kettle! . . 🚫 microwave . 🚫 pre-packaged sugary oats . 🚫 no artificial flavours or additives . . 🚫 stove top . . . Here’s what’s in my son’s bowl ⬇️ . ▪️ 1/2 cup quick oats ▪️ 3/4 cup or less boiled water (kettle) ▪️ 1 tbsp milk (optional) ▪️ 1 tsp honey ▪️ 1/2 tsp cinnamon ▪️ 1/2 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen) ▪️ 1 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut ▪️ 1 tsp chia seeds ▪️ 1 tsp flax seeds . . ☑️ Directions: Simply add the #quickoats to your bowl along with sweetener of choice and #cinnamon . Making muesli this morning 👌🏼⁣ Recipe can be changed to add/omit whatever you like. It’s so easy. I add fresh fruit to my muesli to sweeten with a plant based milk or yoghurt ☺️⁣ ⁣ ⁣ Ingredients⁣ ⁣ 🥢 500g almonds⁣ 🥢 300g pepitas⁣ 🥢 150g macamamias⁣ 🥢 400g hazelnuts⁣ 🥢 150g linseeds⁣ 🥢 50g sesame seeds⁣ 🥢 100g chia seeds⁣ 🥢 150g coconut oil⁣ 🥢 40g pure maple syrup⁣ 🥢 2 tblsp cinnamon⁣ 🥢 1 tblsp nutmeg⁣ 🥢 3 tblsp natural vanilla extract⁣ ⁣ Method⁣ ⁣ - blitz nuts and seeds in batches on speed 5 for 3-5 seconds. Set aside⁣ - without cleaning the bowl add in the coconut oil, maple syrup and vanilla⁣ - 80 deg/ sp 3/ 1min ⁣ -pour melted oil over nuts and add spices. Mix till evenly coated ⁣ -bake in oven in batches for ten mins 200 degrees. Alright where are my "I don't eat breakfast peeps"🖐️ - I was ALWAYS a breakfast skipper !! I would grabbed a breakfast bar and run out the door everyday. By the time lunch rolled around I was ready to eat my arm, but that never stopped me from skipping breakfast even on the weekends {you know bc time was my excuse- I really thought I would just lose weight by skipping a meal-- WRONG}. - When I was first introduced to this "shake" I figured it was just one of those things that people were selling but hey it came with my package so I tested it out... - I wasn't hooked from day 1 but by the end of my month supply it was something that I looked forward to having EVERY morning... I now had that quick meal in the morning, something that tasted like a sugar cookie to keep my cravings under control, its a super food packed with equivalent of 6 salads, I was no longer ready to eat my arm at lunch, I started to lose weight, and I noticed may nails and hair were healthier. I am now over 365 days of drinking this bad boy !!! - If your a breakfast skipper like I was I encourage you to find something that works for you and stick with it and really be able to see the benefits from fueling your body like you should... - If what I mentioned above sounds like something you would want to try drop me a message and I just might have some samples for you to try 😜

Recipe from @skinnytaste .................................................. 1 cup flour 2 teaspoons baking powder 3/4 tsp salt 1 cup non-fat Greek yogurt 1 egg everything bagel seasoning ........................................................ Preheat oven to 375. Combine the flour, baking powder and salt and whisk well. Add the yogurt and mix with a fork or spatula until well combined, it will look like small crumbles. Lightly dust flour on a work surface and remove dough from the bowl, knead the dough a few times until dough is tacky, but not sticky. Divide into 4 equal balls. Roll each ball into 3/4-inch thick ropes and join the ends to form bagels.Top with egg wash and sprinkle both sides with seasoning of your choice. Bake on the top rack of the oven for 25 minutes. Let cool at least 15 minutes before cutting.
I’m not a overly picky eater and I really love my veggies. But sometimes I like to sneak my veggies in too! These are egg cups with cauliflower purée! I also put in cherry tomatoes, and some have un-cured bacon. . . . Super yummy and quick easy breakfast for my few busy days ahead. . . . They love Apple with #peanutbutter which is such a great snack. Healthy fats from the peanut butter and goodness from the apple . Then I thought I’d take it up a notch so today for breakfast I made these cute little #applerings and little banana bites and got all all my spreads, nuts and seeds and let them choose their toppings and mixes. . My little one, Viviana, would only entertain the Apple with Hazelnut Choco Butter but my elder daughter, Valentina, went to town with both options. She loaded hers with #chiajam and dried raspberries and #chiaseeds and #hemphearts . She thoroughly enjoyed every.single.bite . This is such a fun way to let your kids get involved and sprinkle their own seeds and nuts 🥜 and choose their own combinations. They LOVE LOVE LOVE being given a choice and feeling like they created their own meal so give this a try. Some options to lay out are: . Apple 🍎 Banana 🍌 Pear 🍐 Pineapple 🍍 . With toppings like: .
