I'm using up some leftover bacon and the rest of the veg from yesterday
Splash of Tamari and Chilli sauce and it's done.
Less than 5 mins.
Healthy and delicious!
1- Hand tossed margherita, mutton, chicken,
seafood, feta cheese and olives pizza.
2- Wagyu beef burger with Taleggio caramelised onions, Gouda, fermented vegetables, thrice cooked fries & butter milk slaw.
3- Fried chicken sandwich with mushrooms, mozarella, chilli aioli & vinegar chips.

I can’t believe it’s been one whole month with this little 🌷It feels like you’ve been here forever and we’ve loved two little people forever.
I can’t imagine leaving you for a second and the thought of looking at nurseries soon makes me a little anxious, even though I know the time will come. .
I am trying to cherish every single one of the small moments, even during our nightly cluster feeding and wild sessions from 7 until 11 when I am pooped and just want to sleep 😂
I wouldn’t change a single thing and was so grateful you slept for 5 whole hours last night. I learn something new about myself each day and you are definitely here to teach me to be calmer and more relaxed about life. 🙏 I am definitely not there yet but reminding myself what matters daily ❤️

Blood Orange Chicken Salad. Proof that hearty winter salads can be fresh and colourful - here I’ve used Blood Oranges which are just coming into the shops now. I’ve used their juice for the dressing and their segments to brighten up the salad. The addition of Quinoa makes this filling enough for a healthy an evening meal. Make extra as leftovers will provide midweek lunches.
INGREDIENTS for 4:
4-6 cooked chicken breasts, roughly shredded by hand⠀
4 blood oranges, 3 peeled and cut into disks, 1 reserved for the dressing⠀
3 heads chicory, leaves separated⠀
3 tbsp pomegranate seeds⠀
3 tbsp flaked almonds
Chopped coriander or parsley
Juice of one blood orange⠀
Juice of half a lemon⠀
1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar⠀
1 tsp Dijon mustard⠀
1 tsp honey⠀
4 tbsp olive oil⠀
1 garlic clove crushed⠀
Shake all the dressing ingredients in a jar.⠀
Cook the quinoa according to packet instructions or use a pouch to save on time. @merchantgourmet
do excellent grain pouches.
Layer all the salad ingredients on a large platter or on individual plates. Drizzle with the dressing and enjoy!

Inspiration comes in many forms, usually when you least expect it. Today's lunch was inspired *not* during yoga, but right after...driving home, hunger pangs kicking in, knowing that I had exactly 10 minutes to organize lunch before a series of afternoon calls, and zero time to faff-about. You could say I panicked. And you could say this worked in my favor. --

Sau này gcan ròi mình ăn uống bthg lại ko restrict calo nữa thì có bị lên cân ko nhỉ? 😓
✔✔Công thức mì ý bí đỏ hôm nay vẫn không khác gì trước :3 À chỉ có 1 tips💖 muốn cho các bạn là đừng nghiền phô mai con bò cười vào sớm quá, xào xong nấm và thịt, cho bí đỏ nghiền vào, xíu nước hoặc sữa vào, đảo đều rồi hẵn cho phô mai vào nghiền. Lúc đó pmai sẽ lên mùi rất thơmmm! Chớ như sáng nay mình nghiền pmai cùng bí luôn thì lên mùi ngất ngây, nhưng tới khi trộn vào mì thì hết mùi thơm rồi 😂😂
💐💐Total calories: 100gram mì nưa + 120gram ức gà + 100gram nấm rơm + 1 miếng pmai cbc light + 70gram bí đỏ + 1/2 phô mai lát = ~250kcal

On the top of my list of quick lunches: tofu scramble with a salad (in my world everything comes with a salad)🌿I made this scramble yesterday with mushrooms, grape tomatoes and added oregano, basil, pepper, turmeric, tiny bit of sesame oil and sea salt. And tofu scramble is always best over toasted rye bread with hummus. Always✌🏻So simple, so hearty and so satisfying.
En mi lista de almuerzos rápidos favoritos, el tofu revuelto está bien arriba. Y con ensalada porque en mi mundo todas las comidas ideales tienen ensalada🌿Hice este tofu ayer con champiñones y tomates cherry, y le puse albahaca, orégano, pimienta, sal marina, cúrcuma y un poquito de aceite de sésamo. Y el tofu revuelto siempre sabe mejor sobre pan de centeno (lleno de semillas como me encanta) y hummus. Siempre, es un hecho✌🏻Súper simple, reconfortante y llenador. -
The more creative I’m getting in the kitchen, the more options I have to throw together the quickest and yummiest meals. I’ll call that a major success. Lunch today: leftover salad with quinoa, roasted cauliflower, falafel and extra tomatoes. YUMMMM 😋
Because sometimes (and when I say sometimes I mean every single day) you just don't have time for an hour or longer work out. 20 minutes today and my body BURNED. I am loving everything about this program so far!!

I think I love smoothies so much because the flavors are limitless, you can pack ‘em full of nutritious foods, and toppings make me happy. 😋
Here’s what I made for lunch today:
• 1 packet @traderjoes
• 1/2 frozen banana
• 1 cup frozen cauliflower
• 1 cup frozen spinach
• 1 scoop vanilla Lean
• 1 Tbsp ground flax
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• water to blend
My fav part? Adding some crunch on top. 😍 I used @julianbakery
ProGranola vanilla clusters - love that it’s 0g sugar and good ingredients. Sometimes we can overdo the sugar in a smoothie, especially using high sugar fruit, so this is a good way to balance it. So good!
EASY LOW FODMAP LUNCH • The first meal I’ve made in the campervan! We’ve learnt that cooking in a campervan has to be as simple as possible. Even the easiest meals take so much longer to make in a teeny tiny kitchen. So, my first lunch was a salad of spinach + cherry tomatoes + avocado + can of tuna in olive oil + sprinkled pumpkin seeds + balsamic vinegar = #fodmapfriendly #simple
This is a great one when you’ve got ten minutes and need a filling lunch, or it’s easy to make up into a lunchbox in the morning. To fill me up, support my gut health and stop me getting sugar cravings, I try to get protein, fibre and healthy fats into every meal..this one ticks all boxes ✔️
It can be really difficult to eat healthily in work. Today’s lunch is steamed greens done in the microwave (Cavolo Nero, green beans, broccoli, baby carrots and baby corn) with sardines, quinoa, beetroot and cottage cheese
.... It’s important to eat warming foods this time of year and lightly steamed veg is a perfect addition to any nutritious lunch.
Mix with your favorite protein source and add some healthy fats like cottage cheese or avocado.
