I literally got to experience this tonight. .
My wife and I were invited to my mom's place for dinner. I don't exactly know why, but I wasn't in a good mood at all and didn't feel like getting ready and going. .
So ask my wife to drive and I decided to walk from our place to my mom's, which is about 45mins walk. I didn't want to be too late, so started jogging and cut the time down to 30mins.
When I got there, I felt very different. I was completely changed, and in a way better state. .
Next time you feel down and shitty, change your state, move your body, and the rest will take care if itself. #cheers
