Since I stated to ‘awaken’,to the big picture and see things from another angle of light.
I have focused a lot on the power of words and language.
One thing I have noticed is,language does not belong to the people,but more so to the land it resides on.
Within my journey I have researched one of the best books written ever.That is the ‘bi-ble 📖 ‘Why break the word bible up you ask’? 🤔 -
Because that was how that mast⭐️rpiece was written...👉 ‘BI’ meaning two meanings...
👉 ‘BLE’ meaning in parables.
Jesus was asked in :
“Mathew 13:10”, The disciples came to him asked, Why do you speak to people in parables?’ (New International Version)
Which basically meant he was talking ‘anologies’,which had human characteristics distinct to teach lessons or principles.
I learnt with the original ‘Hebrew Translation’,that many of the verses we see in the bi-ble,were actually talking about the biology of you and me ☯️🧬 -
The writers of that day were amazing and when I see Verses of the good book, I always think to translate to its original source,not to be literally understood,but to be literal innerstood.
I saw that words such as ‘KINGDOM’ were actually translated as our ‘KING-DOME’..
The ‘KING-DOM of HEAVEN’.
This was suggesting, reaching the ‘upper part of your brain,the cerebrum,the top of the ascension ladder of your vertebrae 🧠 -
So without going too much deeper,I find out my journey is actually being, mindLESS,not keeping our mindFUL, to be able to embrace our happiness,which truly are seeking our FREEdome👤👼
Less thoughts,more freedom...
Recently an old friend has come back into my life after a few years away, and she has a lot of opinions about what I should or shouldn’t be doing with my time. I need to get out more, I need to meet more people, I need to have more fun...the list continues. It’s frustrated me to no end, and has really got me thinking. Who are we to judge what someone else should or shouldn’t be doing? At the end of the day, we have no idea what makes someone else content, and while it’s great to want what is best for others, pushing our own beliefs and way of being into them is by no means helpful. We need to respect others and trust they know what is best for themselves, and let them know we are there for them. Because what’s right for one person is not necessarily right for another, and that doesn’t mean it is wrong. So don’t feel guilty for living life your way, and don’t feel the need to justify your choices to other people. Because you know what is best for you 💕

Addiction is “ass backwards” in this country.

When we were deciding on a central theme/topic for the episode, David approached me with a passion of talking about how addiction, in his words, is “ass backwards” these days. In this episode, we talked about things like the Rat Park Experiment (which is super interesting and will probably blow your mind), the misinformation around addiction being deemed merely a chemical dependency instead of focusing on the actual deep-rooted issue most addicts face (the inability to bond/connect with others), decriminalization vs. legalization and what other countries are doing around addiction, propaganda that is initiated by addiction centers and spread for profit (trippppy!), and we also talked about David’s personal experience with overcoming his addiction to binge drinking by taking the knowledge/awareness he gained from some experimentation with psychedelics, along with a concept that I LOVED…something he calls “radical self responsibility.” David walked me through his experience when he checked himself into an outpatient rehab facility. He heard things like “you need to drop all of your friendships”, “you can never be around alcohol again,” and other things that he just didn’t feel were designed to TRULY solve the puzzle of addiction or get down to the root cause of WHY people become addicted to substance. Fast forward a few years later and after a huge period of self discovery and acceptance, he no longer craves alcohol and is around it often socially…impulse-free. In fact, he embraces his addictive tendencies and obsessive personality and has figured out a way to channel it into productivity. Addiction stuff starts about 50min in.
In the first half, we talk a lot about how important it is to hone in on your subconscious mind, the importance of a morning routine, how to get yourself out of a rut if you feel stuck, and the importance behind reprogramming and simply allowing your thoughts.
