Antioxidant boost for today’s smoothie 👌🏻💫 🙌🏻
1/4 cup fresh blueberries
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
6 cubes ice
1/2 tablespoons coconut oil
1 teaspoon cacao
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Did you know cinnamon helps to stabilise blood sugar levels and support digestion?? Also can help improve insulin sensitivity 👌🏻👌🏻 perfect metabolic booster 🙌🏻 And cacao is rich in antioxidants and also contains magnesium and iron 💕 sounds like the perfect booster to me 🙏

Here is a quick total body strength workout you can do in under 15mins. You can always make time for 15mins 💪🏻💪🏻 Make it challenging with the weight but with correct form. If you don’t have access to kettlebells, deadballs or dumbbells you can substitute the weights for other things - get creative.
Dead ball deep squat to overhead press x15
Kettlebell deadlift x15
Dumbbell plank rows x20
Weights I used today were dead ball 15kg, kettlebell 20kg and dumbbells 6kgs. Today I have squatted, lifted, hinged, pushed and pulled 💪🏻 and activated the core all in 15mins. Balance is key 🙌🏻

Omg LIKE this if you LOVE a green stir fry 💕👌🏻 I made this one tonight and it was super easy and tasted so gooood. 🙌🏻 Ingredients:
1 chicken breast sliced
1 bunch bok Chou chopped
Handful snow peas ends removed
1 bunch broccolini chopped
1 onion cut into wedges
4cm fresh ginger grated
3 cloves garlic crushed
1 red chilli finely sliced
1 tbls olive oil
1 tbls sesame oil
2 tbls fish sauce
2 tbls tamari
Juice of half a lemon
I teaspoon of organic or local raw honey
Toasted sesame seeds to serve
Cook chicken in wok in olive oil until cooked. Add in garlic, ginger, chilli, sesame oil, fish sauce, tamari, lemon juice and honey. Mix through. Add in vegetables and toss. Cook until desired (I like my veggies a little bit crunchy) Top with toasted sesame seeds.

Melb half Mara ✅ ticked off the bucket list!! What an experience it was to see so many people get out there and give it go 👊🏻🏃🏼♀️ And running around the G was pretty spectacular. I could hear Gus yelling for me which made it even better 👌🏻 I finished it in 1hr 54min 👊🏻 which was under my goal so pretty happy with the time.

What self care do you practice everyday??? Training should be ☝️ thing on top of your to do list. It’s creates feel good hormones, a sense of power and accomplishment, strength and overall improved health, much more energy and you will tackle your daily to do list head on 💪🏻
A morning routine will set you up for success, you just need motivation, determination and dedication 👊🏻 Make it a priority, try it out for a month. You will be amazed 💫 I recommend every morning before every one is out of bed 🙌🏻😜

Technology DETOX 💕 .
I love the idea of a technology or social media detox. .
As much as I try to be mindful of not wasting too much of my time mindlessly scrolling, the habit just keeps slowly creeping back in. .
It draws you in and you keep searching for more and more. Not sure what of, but maybe perfection?? .
I need to start adding a daily detox back into my schedule 😏 .
I love the idea of switching off in the evenings - maybe an hour before the sunset 🌅🤔🤔 .
Does anyone else practice a technology detox?? If so when?? And how long?? .

1 cup cashews
1/2 cup cacao
12 Medjool dates
1/2 teaspoon peppermint essence
1/3 cup shredded coconut
Blitz all together and roll into balls. Can roll in desiccated coconut 🥥
