What the world needs now is love & dumplings. 🥟❤️🥟
In a rainbow of colors (no artificial food coloring here, only veggies & spices) these dumplings each have a different filling. ❤️ is pork, mushrooms & a teriyaki sauce. 🧡 is red kale & mushrooms with black sesame seeds & soy sauce. 💛 is a ginger pork & scallion with sesame oil. 💚 is green cabbage and scallions with mushrooms & soy sauce. 💙 is pork with mushrooms, scallions, sesame oil & soy sauce. And the🖤 are a mixture of the leftover meat & veggies.

As a trainer I hear lots of people say "eating healthy food is boring" or "you can't do anything to make vegetables exciting". As a vegetarian I wholeheartedly disagree with those statements. This is my dinner from last week. If you eat the colours of the rainbow and make smart food choices your meals can be delicious and super nutritious. This meal had all of my macronutrients, micronutrients and I even added a fermented food to help with my gut health 🍃Mixed Grains

Tacos é uma das minhas comidas favoritas, é super prático e da para fazer vários recheios (do mais saudável ao mais trash). A massa para tacos pode ser de trigo ou de milho (minha favorita) e eu compro pronta, mas já vi algumas pessoas que fazem.
• Eu montei o taco justamente assim para chamar a atenção a diversidade e possibilidade do veganismo, são tantos legumes, vegetais e frutas. E quando somos carnistas nem damos o devido valor, acho que é por isso que ouvimos tanto o famoso "mas o que você come?".
• Esse eu recheei com tomate, cenoura, tofu com açafrão, alface, avocado e cebola roxa. Claro que depois da foto eu fiz um guacamole (avocado, tomate, cebola e limão), temperei a salada (alface e cenoura) e montei novamente para ficar mais gostoso, porque se não você acaba comendo só um vegetal por mordida.

💘 2 cups brown rice crispys @erewhonmarket
💘2 cups vegan mini marshmallows @mydandies
💘2 tbs vegan butter @earthbalance
💘2 tbs coconut oil 💘 2 tbs @popjoy
Pitaya powder 💘2 tbs @popjoy
Blue spirulina 💘heart shaped cookie cutter
1️⃣ Make in 2 batches Pink & Blue. In a medium size pan on medium heat add 1 tbs butter & 1 tbs coconut oil. Add 2 tbs of pink pitaya powder and mix well. Add 1 cup marshmallows & continue to stir until fully melted and combine (make sure to keep stirring and not have the temp up too high to prevent burning)
2️⃣ Once mixed, gradually add the rice crispy until everything is covered w the marshmallow mix until it all binds together.
3️⃣ Remove from heat. Put a little coconut oil on your hands and spread out into the cookie cutter. Press out and place on parchment paper to cool. Do this quickly so they don’t dry out and harden too fast.
4️⃣ Repeat with the other batch for blue hearts 💙
5️⃣ Once cooled option to stick a popsicle stock on the end of the hearts! Enjoy with your valentine 💕
