We don't have to look far in this world to see that there are some serious problems with where we're headed. As a teacher, I see these problems starting early, and I know the kids don't get that way on their own. Andy and I don't have all the answers about parenting or about creating a nation of citizens who care for others, but I like to think we are headed in the right direction. C asked to visit Fort Moultrie for his 5th birthday gift. He earned a Jr. Ranger badge there and at the Pinckney Plantation, but what touched me the most was seeing his interest in the Medal of Honor recipients at Yorktown- it is never too early to teach our children compassion, empathy and respect.
Little trackers, Violet found the deer today first too. It's so cool that my kids love exploring. We found a new track today, can you guess what it is? They guessed raccoon 😁🐾🐿🐹🐰🐇🐁#raisethemright#hunttraining
