My cowgirl friend, Kate shares... 3 1/2 years ago- we had just came home from UCSF after being there for 6 months with our youngest Elsie. I turned 30, and knew I should’ve been happy and blessed. I had dreamt and prayed about being together again as a family for months.
As my clothes started getting tighter and tighter I was internalizing my self confidence and becoming my biggest evil. That’s when I saw my friend Kristen post on Facebook- a photo of 3 different size pants. The size she had been and the size she was now. That’s all it took. I wanted to lose weight and I couldn’t do it fast enough.
Fast forward a year and I started realizing that I was in a really bad state of depression. The weight was just the icing on the cake. I had a little PTSD about Elsie, worried she'd replapse and running all the worse case scenarios through me head every signle day, I was unhappy in my own skin. As I started to become happier and healthier and my husband starting seeing it and my oldest started telling me how fun I was, how she enjoyed playing with me all the time- it really hit me. These products were changing my life for more good.
3 1/2 years in, I will never look back.......I’ve lost 20 lbs., inflammation all over my body has decreased, I am the mama and wife I wanna be. I don’t look for that 2 pm coffee or soda anymore, and I have the energy to get up and workout before the hustle and the bustle of the day starts. I still like my wine at night but it’s not my crutch to surviving.
These products have been a blessing to my family as well. They’re approved by my youngests team of docs after she had chemotherapy and a bone marrow transplant- she is so healthy and thriving and hardly gets sick, and the team says she is a "picture perfect SCID kid." My oldest has had perfect attendance at school and my husband is off his RX heartburn medication and finally gets restful sleep, after years of hardly sleeping at all.
I’m healthy and happy working my ranch life feeling better than ever. #testimonialtuesday #healthycountryliving #listentoyourfriends #countrygirl #ranchlife #healthyagain
