| THROWBACK TO WHEN I DIDN’T KNOW THE ROOT CAUSE OF ALL MY SYMPTOMS |
Not knowing the root cause of your symptoms is so hard on a person!!! It can leave you feeling lost, confused, and sometimes even feeling hopeless.
What’s even worse than that is being given false information or a misdiagnose. For example being told that your body is attacking itself, that you must take medication for the rest of your life, or even being told that surgery or radiation is your only option.
But what if I told you that what we have learned...is not always correct?
What if there are reasons for your symptoms, and that they aren’t just happening for no reason?
And what if I told you that you can heal using food?
Now here are the real QUESTIONS....
Would you be opened to learning about it?
Would you be open to giving it a try?
Would you even be open to living a different lifestyle then the standard american....in order for you to heal?
Back in the day, I would have been hesitant to answer those questions. But then I got extremely sick and daily routines became so challenging. It was at this point that I threw in the white towel and said “I CAN’T LIVE LIKE THIS ANYMORE”
Coincidentally, at that exact moment that I gave up...I came across @medicalmedium.
From that moment on I learned the root cause of ALL my symptoms and how to use food to heal. After that, I had tons of @oprah
“AHA Moments” and then every symptom I had experienced now made perfect sense because I became aware of the real issues.
Being open to learning and exploring new things literally has SAVED my life. So try to be open to learning new things, as you can see, healing wouldn’t have been possible if I wasn’t. Now go out there, be curious, explore information that is out there, and ask questions....because you just might find your answer to heal💚

DOES LIFTING WEIGHTS MAKE YOU BULKY? Definitely not, because I’ve been trying to gain muscle in the arms for a while and it’s really hard!! You have to really eat a lot to gain muscle, and I eat about 2,000 vegan calories a day which may not be enough. Certain areas are easy to gain muscle for me, but the arms have been challenging! Anyone have advice?

Então quando ouvir… “se aceite, aceite seu corpo, aceite tal situação, aceite tal sentimento” … Entenda que é para você olhar com outros olhos, com olhos mais compassivos e carinhosos. Olhos que enxergam a situação de uma maneira diferente, enxergam o por quê dela, a lição que ela traz… Olhos que não resistem, mas que te entendem e acolhem!

What i used :
1 -2 tbsp tahini
2 tbsp agave or raw honey
1\2 cup cherry tomatoes (all i had, probably good with more)
1/2 cup sundried tomatoes
Small garlic clove
Half a lemon or 1 lime
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cumin
Blend all and dehydrate for 4-6hrs

You will need:⠀
1 tablespoon chia seeds⠀
1/2 cup almond or coconut milk⠀
1 tablespoon shredded coconut⠀
1 teaspoon Stevia, granulated (or other granulated sweetener of choice)⠀
2 large bananas, peeled and frozen⠀
1/2 cup Natural Raw C coconut water⠀
1 tablespoon cashew butter OR 10-15 cashews, ideally activated/roasted⠀
1 teaspoon Stevia, granulated (or other granulated sweetener of choice)⠀
handful of fresh blueberries⠀
tablespoons of cashews, crushed⠀
- Pop the chia seeds, milk, shredded coconut and Stevia into a glass or jar and stir well⠀
- Pop in the fridge overnight or let sit for at least 30 minutes⠀
- In a blender or food processor, pop the bananas, coconut water and cashews and blend until smooth and creamy ⠀
- Take the chia out of the fridge and scoop a couple of tablespoons of your ice cream into the glass on top⠀
- Add half of your blueberries and then continue to layer with ice cream, finish with remaining berries and the crushed cashews, enjoy!⠀

may be more useful than just a refreshing way to help break up a hectic day; a new study suggests it can also improve both short- and long-term working memory. The research, presented at the British Psychological Society’s Annual Conference in England, adds yet another health benefit to peppermint tea’s impressive resume.
For the study, researchers from Northumbria University tested the effects of certain herbs and scents on mood and #memory
. The team asked 180 volunteers to complete a questionnaire relating to their mood and then consume a randomly chosen hot drink — either peppermint or chamomile tea, or hot water. Twenty minutes after finishing their drinks, the participants completed tests meant to assess their memories among a range of other cognitive functions. They were also asked to take another mood test, according to a press release.
Results showed a link between peppermint tea and enhanced mood and cognition. Those who drank peppermint tea also exhibited improved long-term memory, working memory, and alertness. On the other hand, volunteers given chamomile tea experienced a calming sedative effect, which the team noted also seemed to slow their memory recall and attention speed.
Study author Dr. Mark Moss said that while these benefits remain unproven, they suggest peppermint could play an active role in improving our mental performance.
