it's a new week and i'm feeling like switching up my editing style. here's to a new feed look! 😄💫
Promiss is a promiss, so here it is, the recipe of my famous Snickor'treat! 👇 Thank me later 🙃 PS some personal inspiration in my stories today, so feel free to hop over and read a snippet of my personal story 😊
200 gram cashews
200 gram peanuts
60 ml maple syrup
240 gram dates paste
15 gram cacao nibs
few pinches of fine seasalt
400 gram dates paste
300 gram peanutbutter
150 gram rice syrup
100 gram roomtemperature coconutoil, (unscented)
100 gram dark chocolate (85% or more)
60 ml maple syrup
50 gram roomtemperature coconutoil
In a foodprocessor process nuts until broken down into smaller crunchy pieces. Take nuts out of blender into a bowl and kneed in dates paste, maple and seasalt. Taste if the dough needs more salt. Press dough into a square-ish silicon mold (mine is 27 cm by 21 cm) and make a good solid base by pressing firmly.
To make the caramel, add peanutbutter, salt, coconutoil and rice syrup to a food processor. Process until combined. Add dates paste and process some more. Spoon caramel on top of the base.
For the chocolate layer melt your chocolate au bain marie. Add coconutoil and let it integrate in the chocolate by gently warming the mixture and whisking a bit. Add maple and do the same.
Pour chocolate on top of the caramel layer and place your snickor'treat square in the fridge for a couple of hours.

Вкуснейший хумус🌱 Вежливые читатели радуют нас лайком❤️ а мы новым рецептом😉
⏰ 10-20 мин
▪️200 г. нута
▪️4 ст.л кунжута
▪️1/2 ч.л зиры
▪️2-3 зубочка чеснока
▪️3 ст.л оливкового масла
▪️100 г. шпината
▪️Соль по желанию
▶️Нут залить холодной водой, оставить на ночь. Затем отварить в воде до мягкого состояния (горошина должна легко раздавливаться пальцами). Это займёт около 2-х часов, если вода будет выкипать - доливайте. Отвар слить в отдельную ёмкость, а нут залить холодной водой и очистить
▶️Шпинат предварительно разморозить, если берете замороженный.
В сухую сковороду насыпать зиру и прокалить 2-3 минуты, до появления легкого аромата. Затем слегка обжарить кунжут до легкого золотистого цвета и приятного запаха. Измельчить в кофемолке
▶️В блендере измельчить шпинат до состояния пюре, чеснок, добавить кунжут, зиру и все перемешать. Постепенно вводить нут и пюрировать массу до однородного состояния, добавляя лимонный сок, 1.5 ст.л оливкового масла и соль (если необходимо)
▶️После того, как хумус доведен до желаемого вкуса (пробуйте в процессе!), включить блендер еще на несколько минут, пока нутовое пюре не приобретет приятную гладкую консистенцию
▶️Готовый хумус выложить в пиалу, в центре сделать углубление ложкой и влить остатки оливкового масла. Перед подачей хумус немного охладить

No Bake Peanut & Coconut Bar
Makes 16 – 32 pieces
Prep & Serving Time: 45 min
1 Cup of Oats
1 Cup of Desiccated Coconut
1 Cup of Rice Malt (Heated)
1 Cup of Peanut butter (Heated)
1 Cup of Whole Raw Almonds
200gm 70% Dark Cooking (Baking) Chocolate
¼ Cup Organic Coconut Oil
1. Line a slice baking pan with grease proof paper. Place oats and desiccated coconut in a bowl and heat peanut butter and rice malt in a pan. Once heated pour onto the dry ingredients mix well. Once all ingredients are well mixed begin to form the mixture in the baking pan, pressing firmly. Sprinkle the raw almonds on top of the mixture and press down.
2. Place chocolate and coconut oil in a microwavable jug and begin to melt the mixture at 30sec intervals stirring in between cooking times. Once the chocolate is completely melted pour over the base and refrigerate until the chocolate has become firm.
3. When ready cut into finger thick strip bars or bite size pieces. Store in an air tight container either in the fridge or the pantry
What is strength to you? To me I have to use my willpower muscle when baking! Like these orange seed crackles made with edible orange essence (1-2 drops in the whole batch and it tastes like jaffa!). Do you stop at just ONE or would you make the whole thing disappear and pretend you never made them? Or sometimes I hide things shhhh 🤤

🍫🍫🍫These are my tried and true 'Raw Snickers Bites': Ingredients:
1/3 cup pitted dates
1/3 cup almonds
¼ cup desiccated coconut
1 TBSP maple syrup, rice malt syrup or water
1 cup dates
2 – 3 Tbsp peanut butter
1 Tbsp maple syrup
1 Tbsp melted coconut oil
¼ cup chopped peanuts, almonds or macadamias
½ block dark chocolate
1 Tbsp cocnut oil
For the base: In a food processor or blender pulse the dates, almonds, maple or rice malt syrup and the desiccated coconut until the mixture begins to stick together. -If it is too dry, add a few more dates but try not to over blend it so you still get some crunch in your base. Press into a loaf pan fully lined with baking paper.
For the caramel: Place the dates, peanut butter, syrup and coconut oil into the food processor or blender and pulse until smooth AF. (If your food processor is as shite as mine, :L you may need to stop and break up some of the dates with a fork if they are stubborn and don’t want to break down.) Spoon the caramel over the base and top with the chopped nuts. Place in the freezer until frozen. Cut into bite size slices and place on baking paper separated so they can be fully coated in choc! Melt the dark choc and coconut oil together and then spoon over top of slices covering the top and sides. -You can use a knife or fork to move them around and scoop up any run away melted choc. Place back in the freezer until the chocolate hardens. Keep stored in the freezer in a container.
And boom there you have it, a healthier, raw vegan snickers to help fight the hanger! Because you’re not you when you’re hungry! 😉🤤🍫🍫🍫🍫
Raw Cookie Dough????? Yesss pls... Add a can of Chickpeas into a blender, with Vanilla Pea Protein, Peanut Butter, Agave, Vanilla, and salt and blend until smooth then add Choc Chips (I used cut up Carob) and fold in!

Simple swap. I love cooking and due to food intolerances I have to make a lot of my own treats if I want something sweet. These are my favourite raw snickerdoodle cookie dough balls 😍 Cooking is actually one of the easiest ways to reduce waste. But it also mostly means shopping outside the major supermarkets and buying your flours , nuts etc in bulk. It will save you $$$ though as you buy exactly the quantity you need. Contrary to what a lot of people think, living this way actually saves you money. If you don’t want to do all that running around though, simple swaps like buying your vanilla extract in a glass bottle is a better choice. Better still buy the pods in a bulk store. Im all about that #balance
so I find a small something sweet everyday helps me keep the cravings at bay. If I dont Ill find myself wanting it more! Portion conrtolled things like this are fab because I only made 5 I have one for each day of the week. If I eat an extra one now I dont get it tomorrow. Personally I find the 'cheat meal' version of balance a bit confronting as it makes me feel like I am cheating on something and cheating is bad. This however feels more 80/20 balance as I can do it every day. This works for me but everyone is different. Find what works for you!
Ps - has anyone tried the cookie dough recipes made with chickpeas? Im keen to ok give it a go but it seems super weird 😂

So recently I’ve discovered almond butter and let me tell you it is a game changer 👅I came up with this chocolate, almond butter and hemp smoothie over the weekend as well as almond butter cookie dough bliss balls 🙌🏻I’ll share the recipe for the smoothie below!
1/2 cup almond milk
1.5 Tbsp cacao
1 Tbsp hemp protein
4 frozen bananas
1 Tbsp almond butter -blend the macadamias, almond milk, cacao and hemp till macadamias are completely blended -add frozen banana and almond butter and blend till smooth and creamy
