Raw vegan carrot cake 🍰 🥕 🌱
You know when you manifest the exact right thing into your life at the right time? That has happened over the past two days with @rawfoodbali.
This journey through Bali has led me to the most incredible and inspiring final quarter. Creating raw vegan dishes with the wonderful Matheas has been one of those moments that Sparks a whole new passion in me.
Being vegan to me didn't mean being healthy. For me, I was so focused on the cruelty aspect of veganism, I lost myself and my health wasn't something I ever thought about. It has taken me three years to finally realise, who am I really helping if I myself am not healthy? How can I really preach love if I don't love myself? Vegan means health for animals, planet and US, and it just didn't click until recently. I know that being the best that you can be will inspire the greatest change and I am now inspired to do the right thing. I Love people, I love people so much that I want you all to be the happiest and healthiest that you can be. The best way I can do that is by showing people how easy and delicious raw food is to create. Cooked foods are damaging to the human body. We are the only species in the world not eating raw. We are also the only species in the world who die frequently of disease and live out of balance. We need to move back towards more living, nourishing foods. That is the ultimate act of love you can do for yourself and the planet. I honour myself and I honour you all by undertaking this raw journey so that I can inspire positive change.
The food we created over the past two days was mind blowing to say the least. I can't wait to continue my raw journey, to be truthful to myself and to you all because I can no longer knowingly harm myself.
I love you all 🙏

Why the heck haven't I made this delicious raw peppermint slice again!?.
I whipped this up for my very first oily gathering earlier this year (using my young living peppermint oil of course!) & haven't done so since!🤦♀️.
Only use essential oils for cooking from brands you trust folks! There ain't no regulation in the essential oil industry in Australia (and most other countries too) & that means lot's of hidden nasties (think synthetic fillers and artificial fragrance 🤮).
I know what I'll be making this week 😀🙌.

for this recipe! I skipped the chocolate topping (don’t have any in the house 😩) but they’re still absolutely delicious! 🤤
I know it’s Tuesday, but I was scrolling through my photos and thinking about how lovely our Sunday was!
We spent the day hiking to waterfalls, riding along rivers stopping for picnics and eating homemade banana & peanut butter “nice cream” for dessert. Our kids thought this was the biggest treat and it only had 3 ingredients. I think the waffle cone topped it off for them!
To make I used approximately 3 frozen bananas, 2 large tablespoons of natural peanut butter and a splash of coconut milk. I blended it all until it had a perfect ice cream consistency. I scooped it into cones and made everyone’s day! 😊
Priorities.....dessert before dinner. My first time making @thewholesomeconz
Raw Banoffee Bites, it’s a constant battle of which baking mix is my fave. This comes pretty close to knocking out my number one salted caramel slice. The Banoffee Bites have the added bonus of including the glowing skin health tub in the mix. Delicious and so easy, will pop the step by step up on my stories ☺️
Our ALMOND BUTTER Protein Balls have landed💣🤤. So damn good they’ll send you nuts😉.
I'm pretty sure chocolate should be the sixth food group and the recommended daily serving should be raw treats #DoubleTapIfYouAgree
Did you see my stories over the weekend? I introduced these goodies to the big kids and little kids and lets just say I got #GodMotherOfTheYear
Here they are for you too 😘

Scoop mixture into patty pans, pressing mixture down firmly.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes until set, store in an airtight container in the fridge.

Last night we made some banana ice cream. 🍦 Strawberries, vanilla, chocolate chips and a bit of almond milk. It was good but a bit too banana flavour for my liking. 🤔 How do you tone down the flavour?
We are playing in the kitchen today!
I made this super healthy treat for the family today.
In the previous post I wrote in Spanish that our campervan is broken again and until we have it fixed we are visiting wonderful Narbonne and cooking with ingredients found in the market!!
This is one of the recipes of the Raw Desserts cooking course!
1 small apple
Using a melon-baller, make apple balls, placing in a bowl with cold lemon water to
preserve color. Set aside.
10 medjool dates, pitted and soaked*
1⁄4 cup maple syrup
1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon mesquite powder (optional)
1⁄2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon water *Soak dates in 2/3 cup of water for about 30 minutes.
Blend all ingredients until completely smooth (adding additional water as
necessary, but using as little as possible). Pour caramel into a small bowl and set
aside while preparing the Pumpkin Seed Crunch.
PUMPKIN SEED CRUNCH
1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
2 tablespoons coconut sugar
scraped seeds from 1⁄2 vanilla pod
pinch of salt
Grind all ingredients in a small food processor. Place in a small bowl, and follow
assembly instructions below.
Drain and pat dry the apples with a kitchen towel. Dip the apples into enough
caramel sauce to coat.
Carefully remove apples, one at a time, from the caramel with a wooden or metal
skewer (or a toothpick) and roll in the pumpkin seed crunch, to coat. Chill in the
fridge until coating is set.
