Self care means a lot of things. It’s taking an epsom salt bath to relieve tension in your muscles, getting a deep tissue massage for relaxation, or going for a facial to rejuvenate your skin. Self care is also putting your needs first so that you can give from a full heart to those you love, standing up for yourself and your values and asking yourself the difficult questions about your life that we often hate asking because the answers may be hard to face. But self care is also doing the tiny little things (even as tiny as making your bed in the morning) that uptick your joy, even just a little. One of the things I love doing most is taking myself out for coffee and just taking the experience in slowly. I like to find a pretty spot, plant myself, and just be. I can’t tell you how much energy and feelings of empowerment this small act gives me. I try to do this once per week and it’s so beyond worth it for me and my mood. Today, found a new place near my pilates studio that makes all of their own breads and where the coffee is 👌🏻. Since colds and viruses have been circulating around me the last couple weeks, I’ve been incorporating functional mushrooms and collagen into my routine to keep my immunity up. So far so good. ; ) @vitalproteins @foursigmatic

Desayuno de jueves... y de viernes, de lunes, de sábado 😂 ¿Porqué siempre desayunas tortitas?, me gustan, sin más, no hay un porqué, no hay que buscar una explicación a todo, a veces me preguntan ¿desayunas tortitas porque no engordan? 😓, todo nos aporta calorías menos el agua. Desayuno tortitas igual que el que prefiere comer pan con aguacate o leche con avena... ¡Cuestión de gustos! No os gustan, no las comáis, no intentéis obligaros a comer algo porque se lo veis a ese chico que seguís y que está tan fuerte o esa chica que a perdido tanto peso... Se tu mismo siempre, come según tus gustos y disfruta de cada comida, que sentarte a comer no sea un suplicio, siéntate a disfrutar de cada bocado. ELABORACIÓN: 🔸Tortitas de avena -1 huevo completo (opcional) -90 gr de claras -50 gr de harina de avena -Canela al gusto -Semillas -Endulzante al gusto -Fresas -Kiwi -Chocolate negro 85% de cacao Mezclamos ➡huevo, claras, harina de avena, canela y endulzante, a la sarten y a disfrutar. Añade ingredientes a tu gusto, cacao en polvo, fruta, ralladura de naranja o limón, vainilla, plátano...Que vuele la imaginación. Pregunta frecuente: ¿Porqué a veces mis tortitas son muy gruesas?, es una sola tortita, pongo toda la masa junta en una sarten pequeña y la parto en 4 trozos. Si ponéis la masa poco a poco para hacer varias las tortitas serán finitas cómo las de la foto 👆.

CARRILLEIRAS DE TENREIRA AO MENCÍA DE RIBEIRA SACRA iNGREDIENTES: 300 gr de carrilleiras de tenreira galega 3 cenorias 2 cebolas galegas cortada en círculos Aceite suave Sal 10 dl de salsa de soia 1 bote de tomate concentrado 3 dentes de allo 0,75 l de viño tinto de Mencía Pementa 1 bouquet garni ELABORACIÓN: Primeiro limpamos as carrilleiras e poñémolas a dourar nunha pota con aceite. Cando estean listas, reservámolas. Despois, cortamos as cenorias e as cebolas e poñémolas a rustrir. Cando estean listas, engadimos o bouquet garni e as carrilleiras. Engadimos o sal, a salsa de soia, a salsa de tomate, os dentes de allo, o viño e a pementa. Deixamos cocendo durante proximadamente unha hora e media, ata que a carne estea branda.
