Sweat 1 chopped onion with 1 teaspoon of hazelnuts oil. Add 50cl oat milk, broccoli, except for a few brunches. After 15 minutes, mix everything with 2 tablespoons of hazelnuts oil. Why I'll never skip breakfast • And trust me, I used to alot/ I thought a granola or protein bar was enough but let's be honest, we all know ( deep down) that it's not. Now I'm not saying eat breakfast first thing in the morning, in fact I'm going to tell you the opposite • Eat it when you get hungry. For some that may be 8:00am, 9:00am or for others could be 11:00am • But what I am saying is skipping breakfast can cause for us to reach for snacks all.day.long. 🤦‍♀️ • Depending on the client, I usually start here and get them to start incorporating more protein with their morning meal. Regardless of their diet, there are plenty of ways to get protein added in ( egg, protein powders, protein pancakes, etc) • Remember, protein is the higher rating satiety. Cauliflower season is approaching fast! This winter warmer will allow yours to flourish 😋 Cauliflower Soup with Crispy Pancetta Serves 4 1 litre chicken broth or vegetable stock 450g cauliflower 200g cream cheese 1 tbsp Dijon mustard 100g butter Salt and pepper 200g pancetta or bacon, diced 1 tbsp butter, for frying 1 tbsp paprika powder or smoked chili powder 75g pecans Trim the cauliflower and cut into smaller florets. The smaller you cut them, the quicker the soup will be ready. Save a handful of fresh cauliflower and chop into tiny 1/4 inch bits. Sauté the finely chopped cauliflower (from step 2) and pancetta or bacon in butter until crispy. Add nuts and paprika powder towards the end. Set aside the mixture for serving. Meanwhile, boil the cauliflower florets in the stock until soft. Add cream cheese, mustard and butter. Mix the soup, using an immersion blender, to desired consistency. The longer you blend, the creamier the soup. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve the soup in bowls, and top with the fried pancetta mixture. So I think I just took my standard protein brownies to the next level with the addition of @phdnutritionuk new salted fudge protein bar! Oh my these are good! They are #glutenfree and of course #highprotein 👌🏼 They have to be the softest gooiest brownies I have ever made, likely due to the addition of the quark yoghurt which avoids the recipe becoming too dry when baked. I also added some courgette (zucchini)…if you can’t taste it you may as well add those greens right?! Each little brownie is less then 100 calories and contains 9g Protein… the perfect on the go snack! To make the tofu, I simply coated it in turmeric, tamari, cumin and a little bit of black pepper, then cooked in a non-stick pan for around 10 minutes with garlic and some chestnut mushrooms. Most of my meals nowadays are super simple, of the throw together kind, but I don’t mind at the slightest because it forces me to get as creative as possible within a limited amount of time. And that often involves tofu because I find it delicious enough to eat on its own lol. Oats are the blank canvas of breakfast. They are easy. They are cheap. They are filling. So this recipe is LEGIT. 💥You can turn them sweet. You can turn them savory. You can eat them plain or load them up with toppings. It's my breakfast every morning.. I look forward to indulging in these after my workout! ⁣⠀ I actually use an instapot to make a batch of oats for the week & then I add toppings when I’m ready to eat. You can also make these overnight. Both recipes below! ⁣⠀ ⚡️SAM'S OVERNIGHT OATS⚡️ ▪️40g rolled / steel cut oats [I use @bobsredmill ] ▪️100g riced cauliflower [optional but adds volume&veggies w/ no change in taste] ▪️1 scoop protein powder [I use @pescience or @bowmar_nutrition ] ▪️1 scoop collagen [I use @vitalproteins ] ▪️1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk ▪️1 tbsp chia seeds ▪️1 pinch of salt ▪️1 tsp of cinnamon (optional but cinnamon is life) ⁣⠀ 🔺Favorite Toppings: 16g of creamy almond butter & 100g frozen berries! Думаю моя пора настала публиковать рецепты 😊 Так как все друзья просили рецепт😉 Тыквенный крем суп🍵🎃 лук -1 шт. чеснок - 2 зубчика картофель (большой) - 3-4 шт. и по объему столько же тыквы(тут на вкус) сливки 10% -100 мл. 1)Обжарить слегка лук с чесноком в кастрюле, где будем варить суп. 2) 1+картофель порезать большими кубиками. 3) 2+через минут 7-10 добавить тыкву. 4)Через минут 10 залить все водой так что бы покрыла овощи.Варить до готовности. 5)Дать минут 15-20 остыть, после взбить блендером. 6)В почти готовый суп влить сливки чуть чуть проварить. Подавать рекомендую с тыквенными, кунжутными или другими семечками, а также с темными сухариками) Bon appetit! 😋

Which ever way you have it, you can’t go wrong with this quick simple recipe 〰️ 200g chick peas ✔️ ( reserve a few for presentation) 4 tbsp of the water from the can of chick peas ✔️ 2tbsp Lemon 🍋 juice ✔️ 2 garlic cloves ✔️ 1 tsp cumin ✔️ 1tbsp tahini ✔️ 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil ✔️ 1 Tsp Paprika ✔️ 〰️ Add all the ingredients Into a blender minus the paprika, until desired consistency then sprinkle the paprika (I like smoked paprika) and top with the remaining chick peas! RECIPE BELOW 👇I love having well-loved "basic" recipes that I can tweak to my 💓 content. Usually they are savoury, but this Marmalade Carrot Cake is my go-to at this time of year. It's perfect for serving when people drop by unexpectedly. As good in five day's time as it is when freshly made. Today, for @maggiescentreedinburgh , this sticky, moist cake is swirled with a quick cranberry sauce, with enough of the latter left to have tomorrow with our, um, salmon. 😉 Recipe below 👇 Have a fantastic Thanksgiving Day. From a homesick ex-pat 😊😊 . . 🧡Cranberry Swirl Marmalade Carrot Cake! 🧡 . ⏩ Beat 100ml best rapeseed oil or 80ml melted culinary coconut oil, 2 eggs & 100g coconut or dk brown sugar. Stir in 4 tbsp best Seville orange marmalade, 200g grated 🥕 1 mashed 🍌, juice and zest of one 🍊. Sift over 125g light spelt flour, 100g buckwheat or whole-wheat flour & 1 & 3/4 tsp baking powder. Fold gently, just until the flour disappears. . For the cranberries, in a small pan cook down 150g fresh cranberries, good splash of orange juice & 1 tbsp brown sugar until berries burst. . Spoon the cake batter into an oiled and lined rectangular pan (about 7x11 inches/18x28cm). Dollop on the cranberries, using the tip of a knife to marble them a bit. Bake at 180C/350F for 40 minutes. Once out of the oven brush over a bit more marmalade to glaze the cake. Cool in the tin for 15 minutes, then lift out onto a rack to cool further. Keeps well for over 5 days (in theory!). Cut pieces freeze very well. Makes 12-16 pieces.🧡🧡
Pomegranate-Banana Chia Pudding. Sometimes I just feel like I need to reward myself. I know it’s probably part of the emotional eating garbage, I carry around with myself, but this is the healthy one, so who cares!!!) Recipe: mix 1/2 cup of chia seeds with 2 cups of plant milk and let it sit for about 1 hour. Put pomegranate on the bottom of the tall glass. After the hour the chia mixture should be thick enough to have the pudding- like structure. Put some of the pudding on the pomegranate, make one more layer of fruit (I used frozen strawberries), add the rest of the pudding. The cream on the top: soak 1/2 cup of cashews for about an hour. Blend together with juice of 1/2 orange and 2 semi frozen bananas. If you want the cream to be more like ice cream 🍨, use frozen bananas.
