This fizzy drinks contain high amounts of caffeine, as well as such other stimulants as taurine, ginseng, and gaurana. So, if you are drinking this for the love of caffeine, you might want to think again. Consuming 400mg of caffeine in a day is generally considered safe. But these mischievous cans work differently in our bodies.
