The Clintonia Trial in Prairie Creek Redwood State Park.
We have family visiting us this weekend, and today we decided to go visit the redwood trees at @treesofmystery
in Klamath, CA. We walked the trails and took their Sky Trail gondola ride. The ride is a 1/3 mile journey through the forest tree tops. It was awesome!
Took some pics of the amazing trees there. Of course a photo can never capture their awesomeness, as well as seeing them in person. It was a fun day.

Ever look at yourself and your life? You know get real with yourself about what you want out of life and things that aren’t nourishing you? ✋🏻I am not saying some deep crazy stuff has to happen every week. I am talking about setting intentions, being grateful, and planning for the near future! That’s what I reserve Sunday’s for🤙🏻 Spending time with the people you love and having those growthy conversations. Feeling pretty relaxed and excited about the weeks to come✌🏻
Change the scenery of your training once in a while. Also, it is good to change up training partners from time to time too! See Coach Ben’s way off in the distance there?? #playingcatchup #activerecovery
This is my happy place. Best corner of California I've seen! #redwoodforest
These Redwood trees can be over 2000 years old. Walking through them you get a sense of inspiring wisdom. Not like I have any wisdom but the wisdom is in trees! The wisdom says stop killing me🤣 Love this place🌲 #redwoodforest #redwoodsnationalpark
Life’s all Gucci. ✌️Sometimes I wake up forgetting that. Nothing necessarily has changed, but maybe I’m a little less rested or maybe I have a lot I want to accomplish and so I take on this mindset of wanting more. But what’s crazy is that when I step back and look at my life, I see it couldn’t possibly be fuller! - -
Have you ever noticed that when you’re grateful for what you have all of that “needing more” melts away? Its so basic, but it’s like magic. Be grateful for what you have and suddenly there’s no more panic. Know what I mean?!?
you know it’s a good wedding when you wake up with dirty feet and a glow stick around your wrist. my dearest friends, shannon + brian’s next day preview is on the blog (link in profile) tap for the dream team of vendors (who are also the sweetest friends) ✨#alliscranwell
For me, it doesn't get much more profound than this place. Futile attempts at grasping the ancient wisdom of the Redwoods; the experience of being with them is beyond comprehension. They speak infinitely slower, in a language my humanness can only dream within a dream, within a dream. They breath as deep as a thousand years. Every time I visit them, I learn so much more. And bow, humbly... grateful for their presence and the vital space they hold.
