6 years I spent in this city. I moved out of my parents house at 17, told myself I would be a Gator. I did it. After that, I told myself I would live in NYC, and I did it. 6 YEARS, I lived in this city. To my girls, you are the reason I called New York home. You guys have seen me at my worst and at my best. You’ve seen me make big mistakes, but also make the best decisions that have shaped me. You’ve seen me grow through my 20s, and I have to thank each of you for impacting my life the way you have. Each of you have left your mark in my life, and I cherish every single moment of it. To my roommates, you are the reason I stayed as long as I did. NEVER could I imagine living at 3S for as long as I did without you all! The singing and dancing sessions, Missy Elliot and 90s blasts, hangovers, late nights, yelling at the neighbors, Whiskey Tavern, binge watching shows, pizza eating, cooking dates - I will miss it ALL. It is bitter sweet leaving this place. New York, you have a piece of me - but it is true what that say. If you can make it here, you can make it anywhere. Tampa, you ready for me?
