as I start my Total Health Journey begins with my water intake💧💧💧. There's varying opinions on how much water to drink everyday, from eight 8-ounce glasses, or 1/2 to 1-ounce for every pound you weigh. If the minimum is eight, start with a challenge of 4 and gradually increase your water intake, while you reduce other beverage consumption is, like soda or energy drinks.
In 2 short days of drinking a minimum of (3) 16 oz bottles of water a day, I can honestly say I have had no sugar cravings. For me, sugar is my strongest craving and that's a huge win out the gate. I didn't drop any pounds yet, but immediately I can feel the bloating has subsided and that's a good start.
So as you begin to plan your Total Health Journey, before you change your meal or exercise plans, start with one easy change to drink more water. Generally, a glass when you wake-up will help your body adjust and wake up faster while a glass before every meal will help reduce the number of calories you consume.
