A mirror, mirror on the wall or in the eyes of neighbour tall, the way we are at home in all the comfy clothes and favor raw emotions, painting stains, dirty shoes from playing games, in the forest with the kids, discovering our future kings. Like the water we reflect the images of misbehaviour, see the saviour as yourself for all the power’s been mislead and breathe it in, inside the veins it goes the heart’s in love with new oxygen, the toxins out with detoxing, shouting, jumping and kicking and boxing. #remembertodrinkwater
Every day we mirror each other. If I smile when you’re talking to me, if I have a genuine smile on my face, chances are you’re starting to smile as well. If you seem happy to see me and I don’t, chances are you stop looking happy just because you’re reflecting my own face back at me. If I’m using a voice that isn’t respectful, chances are you’ll answer with the same amount of respect, unless you’re more aware than I am and know that how you choose to react on my disrespectful voice will change the course of that discussion. It’s funny how we work, us humans. Sometimes we are on our best behaviour and sometimes we’re not even sure it was us that had anything to do with how we reacted on something. Knowing ourselves deeply, as in finding the roots of our every reactive behaviour will give us wisdom and power to be our natural, loving selves. We are all love before we come down here. Then we learn life again, experience different amounts of pain. Build our fences so that no one can ever hurt us again. But we come here to learn more and understand more. About love. About forgiveness. More than we already do. And the more we understand, the more we can be there for others when they experience different amounts of pain. It’ll soon be winter solstice, and the full moon in Cancer 0 degrees, and it marks a turning point, a new beginning again, like this year 2018 has been showing us quite a lot. New beginnings in nurturing ourselves, nourishing each other and making this world a better place for all living beings, for the future generations and our own future growing old.
