Plus I'm supporting & coaching a team of women who are following the programme in their own homes, abroad on holiday etc who are also LOVING this so far.

☀️ How to eat healthily on holiday ☀️
🍍Eat lots of fruit - It always tastes so much more delicious on holiday anyway
🥕 Don't hold back on the veggies
🍼 Drink lots of water - It's easy to get dehydrated, especially when you're getting your tan on!
🍽 Portion control is key - In the heat you lose your appetite a bit. So don't force feed yourself.
Eat when you're hungry and don't when you're not - Be intuitive.....SIMPLE
🍹 Treat yourself to your favourite drink - you are on holiday after all - Just don't over do it on the liquid calories!
🍨 Treat yourself to a yummy dessert every now and then - I bring my own vegan chocolate with me from the UK so I always have something if I start craving sugar 🍫
🎒Come prepared! Bring your own protein powder, healthy treats and protein bars with you so you don't feel too overwhelmed by what to eat - Just remember not to take anything that melts to the beach! 😬
💊 Bring your supplements with you and don't forget to take them. A probiotic and digestive enzyme are key if you suffer from bloating like I do - Especially as your body might not be used to eating certain foods 🗝
😋 If you get food cravings, give into them but keep it portion controlled. There is nothing worse than eating loads of other food to avoid eating what you crave, but because you still crave it, you eat it anyway. If you ate that first you wouldn't have had to eat everything else in between. I've done it myself 🙅♀️
🤸♀️ Move your body! Whether you walk, swim, cycle, run, climb, surf, or do a few exercises in your hotel it's all beneficial 💪🏼
