I really love this message. I really do have to learn how to rest. I'm typing this as I'm trying to fit in going to 2 stores, load of laundry, and dinner before I go to work tonight.
In reality all that can wait till tomorrow. 🤷♀️
Remember this is a lifestyle change not a race. Don't wear yourself thin going to the gym meal prepping, tracking etc. Take it day by day, listen to your body. Be kind to yourself. Treat yourself to a nap, some meditation, fav cup of coffee, catch up on that book you've been wanting to read for months. So take a breath, slow down and rest you deserve it. We’ve got Ultimate Sunday vibes going on in the Cat Lady Household. Tina Bear is very demanding today, i’m allowed 10 minutes at a time to do any kind of job and then she’s following me around, meowing very angrily. The only thing that is settling her is me getting back into our makeshift living room bed 🙈 We’ve watched many many many episodes of New Girl this weekend as well as quite a few Christmas films! I may not be able to cook, clean or put up any Christmas decorations but I’m not complaining about all of the cat snuggles and Tina Bear obviously feeling much more like her diva self!
She’s currently snuggled right next to me under blankets with her favourite teddies - Carrot and Sonic, she likes them to be in her cone and gets rather annoyed if they’re taken out. Swipe to see 🐱💕 #catmum #weekendvibes #restfulsunday
