. - my fav. red lentil, - potato and zucchini tomato curry,
- a cup of steamed broccoli and - side of half a avocado with chia seeds sprinkled on top ♡
never be afraid to eat a lot and eat until you’re completely full. i’ve seen many people that avoid rice because of the carbs.. yes it has lot of carbs but the thing you need to understand here is that : rice is a healthy carb. and your body runs on carbs. never be afraid to eat lot of rice, veggies, fruits because they’re all plants. i’m not saying over eat but saying eat until you’re full. don’t think about, “oh i’m gonna get a belly if i keep eating like this.” or “this will make me fat.” the key is to eat, keep your body moving, get the good rest, atleast 2-3 liters of water a day and the only carbs you need to avoid is bad ones like : candies, chips, food with lot of sodium, unhealthy junk foods, processed sugar (believe it or not, it contains animal bones that’s charred inside of the powder!!) crazy!! right? do your own research. anyways, i’ll always be #bhatey
~ i cook about 2/3 cups of rice for me and my sister and i eat most of it. rice is life.
