Got back from my busy travel weekend in SoCal and when I woke up for work Sunday night my back had seized up and was in excruciating pain. Was gonna go to the gym monday night anyway, but when I woke up I physically couldn't get out of bed, so I stopped by @relentlessfitnessmodesto
after work this morning to stretch it out and do some very light rehab squats and lower back movements. 😑
Well, me being me, as I stretched it out and rolled out my IT band with a lacrosse ball and warmed up on squats, it started to feel good...... so I went significantly heavier than I intended. Finished up with RDLs and reverse hypers and as of right now my lower back feels 100%. I guess it just needed to be put through its paces. We'll see how it feels when I wake up for work tonight.
