You don’t need to understand what any of the writing on that board means 🤷♂️ but this is years of hard work paying off 🔥 This isn’t a chore for me, I love writing out these sessions every week 🕺 it’s my art 😅
It’s rare that I get it wrong, the workout may have lasted too long or the rep schemes weren’t ideal.. but when it does, it all goes down as a learning experience 🤓
I’ve had people over the past few weeks of classes saying how well they’re planned out, and I want to stay humble about it and take on criticism when I can to constantly improve 💪 but this is the product of years of practice and I’m glad it’s positively effecting the people around me 🙌

My spotter assisted strict muscle up today at the CrossFit Gymnastics Course. The coaching was awesome - I learned a ton over the last 3 days and had an opportunity to do, coach and spot so many movements. Looking forward to incorporating the info in both my own training and in coaching others.
Squatting 315 used to scare the hell out of me but nowadays it's just a number that just frustrates. Some days, I can barely grind out 2 reps while on my best days, I can do 3-5. The key variable in my performance seems to be consistent training at 85-95% of my 1RM. Sadly, these workouts take an eternity for me to finish these days, but that's mostly because I'm a sloth 😅 #fitness #lifting #squats #gym #homegym #roguefitness
A lot of times I have felt like I wasn’t getting anywhere, but I am staying consistent with weights that I am using so that keeps me going, but then I take a moment to put photos side by side and realize...holy crap 🤭 i’m really doing this!
Been on somewhat of a lean bulk, trying to hit new PR’s while staying fairly consistent in weight. .
I steadily have fluctuated between 155-159 for the past 6 months which to me is fine, the number is not my focus.
My focus is how I feel, and I feel so proud.
300 club coming soon yall..

- Deadlift: 275#
- Bench (last time i tried was June 🤫): 110#
