So glad I swapped my long run to today instead of yesterday. I actually really enjoyed it. I increased the mileage back up to 10 miles and threw a few hills in, well it is hump day!
So thankful to have the ability to run 🙏🏻🏃🏻... the journey hasn’t always been an easy one, but I’ve become a better person through the process. Running has given me a fire of passion that’s my own... and has taught me how important it is to show up each day and be my best. For that I’m #thankful

Dabei mache ich zwei unterschiedliche Trainings: entweder ich mache 3Sätze/10-20Reps oder aber ich mache jedes Mal 4-5 Klimmzüge, wenn ich unter meiner Klimmzugstange durchgehe, welche über der Tür meines Büros befestigt ist. When I left BC, my biggest question was: who will I run with in Toronto? I knew I needed to find a new team to join, but with all the options available it was a little intimidating.
