The outcome of my random soup! Got in it swet potato, carrots and red pepper! ♡
Day one in Rhodes 🇬🇷 spent the day chilling by the pool, getting some vitamin sea, followed by some traditional Greek dancing this evening. Did a short leg workout in my room plus we joined in with some Greek dancing which is a lot harder than it looks! Enjoying what the all inclusive package has to offer but have been eating plenty of fruit, salad and fish ☀️🌴
Dinner was so good! 😍 Fillet steak with mushroom sauce from the latest slimming world magazine with tender stem brocolli, asparagus and slimming world chips! 😋
It's sometimes hard to find something healthy that me, the husband and the toddler will all like but OH.MY.DAYS this #rwl
honey and mustard roasted gammon from the recipe bank was INCREDIBLE! I cant even tell you how nice it was!
Everyone loved it and some even had seconds. I dont think these leftovers will be around for long 😂
I'm also milking the 'look what I cooked from scratch thing' but i'll let you in on a secret....it was super easy!

So we’ve spent most the day in fresh PJ’s tucked up in bed with a bottle of celebratory champagne but I feel very pleased with myself ordering a @saladjar
whilst my boyfriend ordered our favorite @bobsfishandchipsdubai
(chicken nuggets and chips!) I haven’t even had one nugget or chip! 💪🏼🥂❤️

I hear this all the time 🤔 "I'll be happier when I'v lost... il be happier at my goal weight...." And my response is....
✋🏼No! ✋🏼No you wont! Your mind and body needs to be healthy and happy and that doesn't come from a number, that comes from living a happy, healthy life DAILY.
Start "living" now, you may have little kids around you hearing your negativity or body shaming. You maybe missing out on photos with family & friends because you don't feel body confident and you will be erased from those memories not being in the pictures. You maybe missing out on sociable occasions because you can't eat anything on the menu.... if this sounds like you that's not healthy. Believe me I have been there ⚖️Balance is the Golden 💛Rule. 80/20.⚖️
Don't wish for perfection, you will miss out on so much of your life. The here and now is what is important.
If you have goals, I love that! I encourage the drive and will help motivate you to achieve it and be accountable... But and there is a big BUT... make sure those goals allow you to be happy everyday. Don't deprive yourself, we don't know how long we have on this planet so make it a god damn good time 😘
