New P. R., 455 x 1. Conventional deadlift. I have never, I mean NEVER lifted over 225#s
conventional DL. I've always sumo pulled, because that's what felt comfortable to me. Well after watching #deadlifttillimdead
, I noticed a narrower conventional stance from a guy with my build, and thought I'd try it. Sure enough, it felt great! Not the 100% best form, but a good place to work from.
