Think twice before picking up your phone to record your next #igstory
of you driving to background music to look cool.
I’m seeing way too much of this and the safety first plaintiff’s lawyer in me has to say something.
From a LEGAL and safety perspective, using your phone while driving is not only dangerous, but quite dumb.
Research now confirms that when you’re distracted by your phone while driving, your reaction time is diminished equivalent to being impaired by alcohol. 🍸 .
By doing this, you’re not only endangering yourself, but you’re also NEEDLESSLY ENDANGERING everyone around you. Is it really worth it? .
Furthermore, if you’re in a car wreck while using your phone and someone is hurt, a competent lawyer like myself is going to obtain your cell phone data from your carrier/cell towers and we’ll be able to determine the exact moment you were using your phone before the wreck.
This is huge, because even if the wreck wasn’t entirely your fault, if it is later discovered you WERE using your phone, you’re going to have a very hard time explaining yourself... .
And don’t think “you’ll just delete everything if that happened”, as we can still find it and that will make you look that much worse when it’s uncovered. The technology these days tells you a lot more than just if you were making a call or sending a text. .
Bottom line, DONT use your phone while driving. It’s very dangerous to everyone around you and it’s incredibly stupid from a legal perspective.
If you recently were the victim of a car wreck that was not your fault, statistically there is a good chance the at fault driver was using the phone. .
Your lawyer should have already done this if they’re any good, but if you’re curious how to obtain the at fault drivers cell tower information, please reach out. I’m always happy to help people that have been wronged.

Can I share some friendly advise with you? When you see ads like this, don’t fall for them like I did!
🔅Just like essential oils, Diffusers are NOT the same!🔅
About 4 years ago I jumped on a sweet Prime deal just like this one! Hey! Everyone likes to save 💵!!
They didn’t come with oils, so I added some basic ones to my cart and the next day, I was “oily”!
The “oils” I diffused sent Xander to the hospital with bronchial spasms - THAT was terrifying! The fragrance filled oils were sending chemicals all over my house and cased a rash on my hand too.
But back to the Diffusers - I kept them and used them with my YL oils a few months later, when I finally stopped making excuses, and the REAL oils totally broke those cheap Diffusers! Broke! As in, don’t work, ate through the plastic, leaking water, BROKE!
🤦🏻♀️I was warned that YL oils were strong, but didn’t listen.
🤦🏻♀️While those Diffusers were breaking down, I was unknowingly diffusing tiny plastic particles for my family to inhale.
🤦🏻♀️Once they were broken, I was out of luck! Money down the drain! 🎉Fun Fact: YL Diffusers come with a 1 year warranty. Out of my 15 Diffusers, YL has happily replaced 2 of them! ✨So please, learn from my mistakes!! If you are going to use Oils, use them safely and properly! Don’t get a diffuser from Amazon or BBB or Target or Best Buy!

❌ Safety Tips ❌

2️⃣ Talk to everyone in your house and have a plan.
3️⃣ Learn to defend yourself - take a firearm safety class or learn how to use a taser.
4️⃣ Keep pepper spray handy and know how to use it. .
Before I post all of the super awesome pictures from our camping trip this past weekend, I want you all to see what wearing a helmet can do for you. The three of us were riding bikes down a little hill on our hike and as you can see from the photos.. Rohan had a nasty fall. His bike went over a rock and sent him flying forwards. He proceeded to flip four or five times, both on his bike and in the air. You can see where his bike landed and where the rock was in the photos. We bought him that green helmet the same day and as you can see, it seriously saved his head from bruises, scrapes, and deep cuts. There are literally tiny chunks missing out of that helmet now. That helmet kept his head protected from every angle as you can see. He still walked away with some nasty scratches on his back, side, and elbow but.. he walked away. And honestly, without that helmet, I don’t think he would have gotten up. At least not as quickly as he did. This was the scariest thing I’ve ever seen happen to my handsome boy and if you know Rohan, you know he DOES NOT cry. So to see my boy in tears was heartbreaking and to know that there was nothing I could do but to hold him hurt. But I have to say.. my boy is a champ. He got up, threw the rock across the way, and finished our hike that was over 8 miles long. What a CHAMP. The main reason I’m posting this is to remind y’all what a helmet can do. Please always make your children wear a helmet, I know I will definitely be wearing mine from now on. #safetyfirst #wearahelmet #muellerstatepark #colorado #campingtrip #hiking #mountainbiking #ouch #poorlittleguy
You spoke, we listened. Wyndham Garden residents have been calling for us to silence train horns in Markham for years. Today, I was happy to share the news with them over some tea.
Speaking to residents at the Unionville Community Centre for Seniors about Markham's new rail safety features, including stopping train horns from blowing through our community along the Stouffville GO Line.
Markham is the first municipality to aggressively raise the bar by installing new safety features associated with anti-whistling in Canada.

Pretty wild shot showing the size of a bucket wheel excavator at a coal mine compared to some frantic looking people. Found on Reddit - posted by cdeverett
Kanecreek! Broke most of the wheelin’ safety rules... Had only one vehicle, didn’t bring recovery equipment, and left right before sunset 🙃. But the tourist place said it was super easy and that any stock jeep was fine. 10/10 would jeep again. .
