I bought a Wild Alaskan canned salmon and used a recipe from @delish
(just swapped mayo for Greek yogurt). I made a yogurt dip for the side which was Greek yogurt, lemon juice, dill, salt and pepper. They gobbled it up!!
Fish 🐠 is high in Omega 3 fatty acids which is something our body needs and most Americans are lacking. I’ll talk more about Omega 3 and Omega 6 fatty acids in a separate post bc it deserves much more detail!
