I took all of my own advice this past week, and my hubby told me he's seen a big change in me...for the better! .
I'm less anxious, less irritable, more patient, more flirty, motivated, and just overall....more happy! .
Obviously some of these things you can't do every day, but schedule them in at least once a month, and take that time for YOU! .

Well, late for me. But as a mom I really try to protect this time to just be a human being.
Monday's are FULL to say the least.
To and from school
Dinner.... bath.... bed.... All the things.
And I still need to shower. And prep lunches. Fold the rest of the laundry. Wash my hair (cause I don't remember the last time I did) 🤷♀️ But you know what I'm actually gonna do? I'm gonna sit down and read. And I *MIGHT* change my clothes.
