Real time ⏳ Real Breath 🌬 This year I’m working towards more controlled movements with better form. To control my body I gave to first control my breath and focus.
By finding my focus point before I kick up helps me keep solid balance. My focus point and breathing deeply (although labored 😰) locks my body in place.
I have a lot of work to do still! But by practicing a solid foundation first will make the feet easier to lower when my body is ready. // #scorpionpose#contortiontraining
Not sure why Mila 🐶felt the need to stand in front of my phone but I’m pretty sure my feet touched my bun while she was there 🤣🤣 nope seriously kidding never happened. But it WAS #forearmfriday and I did #scorpionpose with @sbulluckyoga and #shiningscorpions . Spent lots of time on my currently crazy tight hip flexors but when inversion time came it was finding strength to engage my shoulder girdle and push the floor that I felt was my challenge. 🤷🏼♀️ First part little bit sped up/ second part lotta bit sped up.

Las posturas parada de antebrazo fortalece los brazos y los hombros, ayuda a la digestión e incluso ayuda a aliviar la depresión.

Saturday - day off and halfway there!! I have learned so so much this past 6 days and last saturday feels like yesterday because time is flying now. I have lost count of how many chaturanga's (yoga pushups) we have done up until now but it definitely has made me stronger and more stable in my pincha. First time doing scorpion again in over 8 months 🦂
