These little mouthfuls of surprise were on the specials board at @mussel_inn
last weekend. We were slightly mystified as to why someone would use seabass in a goujon, considering it’s such a delicate piece of fish usually. But @johnny_dorannn
was bowled over by the meatiness and flavour in these slinky bad boys ! A great specials addition 👏🏼 so good he felt they should be part of the main menu - we can only hope they’re still on there next time 😁
