Sometimes it is adventurous and experimental and sometimes it is predictable and low-key. A reflection of my inner world...
Today it was slow and experimental. It felt so nurturing, it felt liberating.
Just what I needed
Throw back to April in Thailand where my practice was up here. I had started below on the beach until the stray dogs starting surrounding my and getting territorial with rival packs....a picture always has a story right 😝😂
