THE SURFER!! you spend all the time needed following the process pretending to like their kid that's about to pull a handle of one of the cars in the showroom. You present the figures on the perfect car the budgets right, what could go wrong. The joys of technology they show you a picture of a car on their phone and say 'this ones cheaper' this will silently infuriate the most patient salesperson 9 times out of ten it's not even close to being the same spec and the pictures taken next to a block of flats. 'Its red you said you didn't want red and it's diesel you wanted petrol' yeah but it's cheaper. 'Ok so I will find you a red one' only to be told 'na don't like red' this can go on for a while while you explain that the car you have is perfect for them and they continue to look on their phone.
