Throw back Thursday 🙆🏼♂️
Throwing it back to last week, simply because I'm proud that I've restarted my fitness journey after taking a little break.
I think having a short break was a nice refresh for me to find that hunger again for the sport and start to miss changing my physique for the better 💪🏼 but it also allowed me to focus on other areas of my life and get foundations in place for the future 🙂
Will hopefully be sorting out full coaching soon, but for now the diets cleaned back up and Im back in the gym with some great tips and honest feedback from those closest to me
