It never gets easier, but the challenge to increase weights and resistance loops makes it fun.
Today was 3 rounds/10 reps, this allows for increase in weights and loops. The challenge is always right in front of you but it's your choice to accept the challenge or to ignore it and stay in the same place you're in✌
