Two weeks ago we had over 50 children that needed monthly sponsorship that live in Honduras and we got every single one sponsored by people at K2. Since then, our team has been at Iglesias en Transformacion loving on all those kids! Join us in prayer for the church, all the kids and the team.

Here we come France! I’m overwhelmed with gratitude to be one of the speakers this December for TEDxChamonix. Imagine is this years theme. Of course I will be presenting on what I value most in life, health and wellness! Be on the lookout for me to release my title and some favorite one liners as we get closer to the event. 🙏🏻
We want to introduce you to our team member of the week,Tiffany Mengor, Tiffany has been attending Summit since 2016 and has been serving sine March of this year in children’s ministry with the nursery, toddlers, and preschool aged children. Tiffany love when she is helping with the kids and her favorite memory from serving is seeing the looks on a child's face when they finally get how much God really loves them.
Tiffany loves to serve and said, "I think serving is such an important role to play in ministry. It is a way to not only help out, but to truly reach others with God’s word. With these young children we are making such a huge impact on their lives by teaching them the greatest thing they could ever know. The love of Our Lord." Thank you Tiffany for serving in the ways that you do. If you wan to be a part of our Dream Team like Tiffany, come to Growth Track. Growth Track is a four week course that is held every week in the Youth Auditorium during the 11 am service. Growth Track helps you learn about Summit and helps you discover your place on our Dream Team. Check it out!

Something I want to grow in:
Seeing any need and jumping in to mend it to the best if my abilities before someone has to ask.
Rejoice at the chance to serve my family in ways that are inconvenient to myself.
Be willing to give up even good plans for self to serve if help is necessary, or even just desired.
Look for opportunities to serve where I am, not waiting till an opportunity must be shown to me.
Our Lord Jesus says,
"Let the greatest among you become as the youngest, and the leader as one who serves. For who is the greater, one who reclines at table or one who serves? Is it not the one who reclines at table? But I am among you as the one who serves." Luke 22:26-27 (ESV)
Do not be slothful in zeal, be fervent in spirit, serve the Lord. Rejoice in hope, be patient in tribulation, be constant in prayer. Contribute to the needs of the saints and s e e k to show hospitality.
Romans 12:11-13 (ESV)
Much of this is hardest within my home, when my flesh tells me that I get nothing out of it and those I'm serving don't deserve it. Some of this may be true, but that doesn't change our call to serve. Jesus says to love even our enemies, even those who aren't actually enemies but annoy you on a regular basis 😉
In what context is it hardest for you to serve and rejoice while doing so?
“If it’s murder, you know she wrote it”
