In celebration of this coming Chinese New year, @ollella_singapore unveils Singapore’s First-ever Salted Egg Yolk Kue Lapis. Alongside with two other new flavours Prune Rum & Nutella, in addition to their 60-year-old Original Spiced Kue Lapis. The 2018 CNY collection also includes their Almond Cookies, Pineapple Pillows, Butter Cookies and Coconut Cookies which make for a great indulgence this festive season.
Sharing the place that curbs my coffee addiction, Stray By Fatcat.
The coffee in the picture is called "Butter coffee" it's a cup of latte(which is already really good by itself) topped with creamy but not heavy butter cream infused with I guess either is Whole Vanilla bean or coffee beans. (I have to check with them the next time I visit.) Most of the time I head over there just for coffee after meal. But this time I got the dish that was famous in this place, The Salted Egg Charcoal waffle with Chicken Cutlet. I would just say, people who loves salted egg and have not tried this dish, what are you waiting for??? 😊
내가 요즘진짜진짜 좋아하는 싱가폴커피이름은 "버터커피" 에요. 라테위에 그버터크림안에 바닐라콩 있어요. 크림이지만, 기름지다고 느끼지 않아요.
그리고. 이맛집유명한 "설터드 애그 숯와플 랑 치킨돈까스" 는 진짜맛있어요. 설터드애그 좋아하는사람들 이거 아직도 안먹어봤으면, 왜아직도 기다리고있어어요? ㅋㅋ

Full works crepe $8.90 from @saybonssg. Filled with ham, mushrooms, cheese and topped with a perfectly fried egg. Quite disappointed that the crepe was pre made and just heated up. But nonetheless, it goes well with whatever is inside. Portion wise, I feel that it is more for a snack than a meal.
Note to self:Watch out for raw onions in the salad tho....
Black Pepper Seafood Pasta [$16.20]
Generous portion of fish fillet, mussels and crabstick tossed in black pepper sauce. Not too spicy for me so for people who love spicy, this might not be too much of a kick for you.
The ‘Flaming Hokkaido Beef Bowl’ (U.P. $23.90, now only $11.90 till 14 Feb) literally lives up to its name - the beef slices are torched live in front of you right before it is served. Portion isn’t that big, but the beef slices were tender. Just thinking about this Pigeon Paella that I had twenty-five good folks who at La Cala, a new Spanish restaurant which launched this week at DUO Galleria, Bugis. Bits of rock salt provide shocks of shivery pleasure to the decently tender and rare birdly proceedings, while elsewhere the vegetable-crunchy rice plays it comfortably moist. 3.5/5
PS I might have fantasized that this place exists - you will be hard-pressed to find any traces of it online in any form. As a certain aerobics-savvy, Korean-loving foodie friend of mine might say - “no social media after launch, they want to die is it?”
