We can learn to develop a positive mindset on our own. But sometimes, we really need someone to sow into us and to say positive things about us so that we love ourselves and we are reminded of how much we have achieved and that we are capable of achieving more.

We were planning to go hiking today but had to cancel due to wet weather. So I decided to take up a dance class. Attended the Hip Hop (Intro) class at @studiodanz
at Tai Koo! It was quite a distance from our hotel but it is so worth it! On the side note, I seriously need to work on my dancing! I am nowhere compared to the teacher! 🤷🏼♂️🤷🏼♂️🤷🏼♂️
