Taking care of our gut health is important. It is home to millions of bacteria and research has shown that our gut is directly responsible for our immune function and even emotions.
Taking probiotics should be included into our daily routine. However, it is difficult to choose the right kind of Probiotics, reason being;

Fitness is a decision, a commitment, and a liestyle. Lynn decided 9 years ago she was gonna attend her first yoga class. Fast forward to today, she overcame sciatica, skilled herself in the art of Yoga and now runs an activewear brand @rangoonactive.
"Sometimes we belittle ourselves too much. We are way stronger than we think we actually are," says Lynn, who used to fail physical fitness in school but successfully completed Spartan Race 2 years ago.

Are you feeling your hips tight even though you stretched it daily? Feeling your lower back tight during squat? This could be a hip or lower back issue. Try strengthening your hip flexors instead. Squat imitates your sitting position, so if you are constantly in an anterior pelvic tilt or arched position, your Quadratus Lumborum (QL) are likely to be tight. Release your QL and strengthen your hip flexors instead.
Stretch the QL with doorway stretch. Keep palms in contact with the wall, push the hips away, feel the stretch at the side. Hold for 2 minutes.
To strengthen the hip flexors, lie down with back flat, straighten both legs. With the working leg, point toes towards you and lift as high as possible without moving other parts of the body and maintain back flat at all times. Work 2 to 3 sets 5 to 10 reps.
